Anyone else really love their cat?

I mean, I love my kids & family...but my god I love my cat! He’s so cuddly and fluffy, always by my side and is just my best friend tbh. Sounds sad but there you go.

Might be a daft question on this board, but does anyone else really, REALLY love their cat?

More rag doll love here too - she's the cutest thing with the best temperament, chats back to me (and always says what I wanna hear) and follows me around loving and purring. She's my baby.

I love my cat. We found her abandoned as a tiny kitten, She is 16 now and has grown up with our daughters. They have left home now but she is still with us. I get tearful just thinking about her dying although she is in excellent health.

Oh yes! Sometimes I look at him and think I’m going to burst, he’s just so fabulous. I’m glad it’s not just me!
I have worked as a dog behaviourist for years and never “got” cats until we got our own. It’s incredibly sad that people don’t think cats are affectionate, they have evolved an entire LANGUAGE devoted to people. That’s pretty amazing.

This is my super chatty, ultra clingy bed mate and bath supervisor

I feel my heart racing when i get home and my cats are meowing happily to greet me! I love them so much!

The black and white one is Miguilim and the other is my Cookie who seems to not want to grow even though she'll be 1 on november.

I love this thread, and so many gorgeous cat pictures!

I love my cat so much it nearly makes me cry sometimes. In fact we all love her so much we have a family whatsapp group specifically for sharing cute photos of her (and by we I mean everyone who actually lives in the house with her )

In fact I have a great photo of DH, who adamantly didn't want a cat (she was an unexpected rescue) holding her up to his face with his eyes closed with an expression like he has just taken an E.

She so boopy headed and has such a loud miow. She is the floofiest cat I have ever seen, to the point a photo would out her me

They are all gorgeous but I am especially loving your raggies, I have such a soft spot for them.

Seems we all have a log in common, living thrm so much we could cry! It’s embarrassing when I let slip how much I love him in RL

Today when I got in I heard him thumping off the bed and thudding his way downstairs so he could come and say hello. I love the way he fluffs his tail up when I give him a treat, he’s so fancy!

I’ve been working overseas for three months. I am going home for two weeks and I can’t wait to see my cat. He knows when I am coming home. I went home for a surprise visit a few weeks ago and DD1 said she knew I was coming home10 minutes before I arrived as the cat went to sit by the front door, and he only does that when I come home. 😻

I have two Ragdolls and I love them more than life. They are incredible cats! I’ve always had moggies and love all cats but these two are just something else. My boy cat especially is so squishy and loving and wants to be with me all the time. They make me happy when I feel sad and I chat to them all day long because I’m a bonkers cat lady
