Settles in 😁

SneakyGremlins · 26/08/2018 01:03

I'm here!

Anyone seen LanguidLobster?

LanaorAna2 · 26/08/2018 11:00

Not recently.

Mr C demanded dreamies for breakfast by jumping on my slumbering back and shouting that the flat was on fire.

In order to preserve the decencies of daily life, I staggered out of bed, fed him catfood, and fell back in with a coffee and the packet of cheese ones. No pudding before main course, see.

Luco kindly finished off my Swiss roll earlier.

Ollivander84 · 26/08/2018 14:31

Lashing it down here. Ollie got out of my bed, sneezed in disgust at the window and retired to his igloo

I was supposed to be going out for a belated anniversary meal today
Had to cancel because all my joints are on fire Confused aloof cat actually leapt on the bed
For a quick snuggle, shocked isn't the word 😱

SneakyGremlins · 26/08/2018 16:10

This is my friend's clean laundry....

LanaorAna2 · 26/08/2018 17:19

Nothing better than a snuggle on a Sunday. Save nice lunch out for a gloomy autumn day,

Clean washing = clean sheets for cat. We all like those.

Best bank hol ever in London - flooding freezing rain, bliss after heatwave. On sofa with very large, very warm brown lump - so relaxed he's gone limp and supersoft.

Ollivander84 · 26/08/2018 22:20

He left a bit of litter tray dust on his head for me to rub off Hmm

SneakyGremlins · 26/08/2018 22:28

Surprised he isn't washing it off in the mug!

Ollivander84 · 26/08/2018 22:33

He wouldn't dare touch my tea Grin
I'm northern, my veins run with tea Wink

I live up north but don't like tea or coffee!

Love hot chocolate though and Luco likes to eat the marshmallows I put in it.

LanaorAna2 · 26/08/2018 22:52

Mr C likes a cider but he won't touch tea. He loathes me drinking coffee in the morning - southern, i need a jolt for these softie's bones - and turns his head away on the pillow if i have coffee breath.

LanaorAna2 · 26/08/2018 22:57

Spot of Sunday personal maintenance.

Nothing to do with northern or southern, I'm south east through & through and tea is a sacred fluid to me. First thing to adulterate the bottle when I was a baby, and my father was so fussy about his tea that teabags weren't allowed in the house - had to be blended in the pot from 2 particular types - or even when camping!

Luckily mine aren't interested in anything except water to drink. I tried them on cat milk once, and the LOOKS I got "Mama trying to poison us!"

LanaorAna2 · 27/08/2018 12:14

We've only just woken up - day off from the builders opposite - 25 storey crane outside my window is unmoving, bliss. Mr C insisted on slumbering with his head in my hand so I have a dead arm.

Mr C was so quiet and sleepy last night I had to carry him to bed. He didn't protest which is unique. Slightly worried about his pills which have sedating effect. Left out a dose this am.

Might stay at home to keep an eye on him - C's Patented Universal Therapy, 'movie and a liedown' is in order, I believe Grin

That's some hot competition in the relaxation race...someone is chilling out with an admirable level of professionalism )

Ollivander84 · 27/08/2018 23:28

It's funny because he curls up to sleep but on me he always lies flat out!
