PB just came into the room to talk to me! (I suspect it was to complain about current rations. He only has 4 bowls out - not including water. Blush He has me taped doesn't he ?)

LanaorAna2 · 02/09/2018 22:46

Grin Grin Grin

That is brilliant. It's not all about the menu, is it, tho Grin

Ollivander84 · 02/09/2018 22:55

At least he came to you to complain. Rather than shouting from another room GrinWink

Or lashing you sharply behind the knees using his tail as a whip and headbutting you to the cupboard while shrieking threats to call the RSPCA because he hasn't been fed in the past 12 minutes.

Then rejecting the meal. And staring at you while you are reduced to sitting on the Dreamies and refusing eye contact.

Allergictoironing · 02/09/2018 23:10

No need Lana - for ex-Ferals mine are the gentlest cat's I've ever met. Only wounds I've had, have been from them struggling to get away in the early days, and those were incidental rather than intentional from them. She just lay in DSis's arms trembling faintly, with the occasional twitch to see if she was going to be released, with pathetic big eyes staring up at me. She does a good line in guilt tripping does Girlcat.

They are currently lying in the study doorway staring at my back, thinking "bed time" thoughts at me ('cause bed time = Dreamies).

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/09/2018 12:12

Did senior boy ever have four bowls out? at that age? Pb has it made.

Oh yes, the tortuous cries of the neglected cat. Cuts right into you.

Asbo caught a mouse last night. Removed cat from mouse at 8:30, cat stopped complaining at 9:23. Went to bed at 10:30. Dh went down to him at 11:00 because he was trying to take the back door off its hinges.

Cat checked where the mouse was last seen first thing but it hadn't waited around to be killed by an over fed pet.

LanaorAna2 · 03/09/2018 13:38

Asbo is a gentleman of strong views. gvber5444444444444444444444

Sodding cat can't spell - he was trying to say Well Done Asbo

LanaorAna2 · 03/09/2018 14:04

shameless lunching.

Seniorboy didn't even have 3 bowls. (Well not as a matter of regularity.)

LanaorAna2 · 03/09/2018 14:36

I've had to throw that avocado away, what's left of it. Mr C's picking bits of sweetcorn thoughtfully out of his teeth. Angry

How many bowls did Seniorboy have usually?

cozietoesie · 03/09/2018 15:06

Usually two - but including water.

LanaorAna2 · 03/09/2018 16:10

PB's Living the Life, eh. Mr C has water, grass in pot, dry kibble and wet x 4 daily.

I'm lucky if I get a crumpled bit of old newspaper to eat my scraps in. He's been purring like a generator since the lunch incident.

cozietoesie · 03/09/2018 17:23

Doubtless his notion of positive reinforcement? Grin

LanaorAna2 · 03/09/2018 18:19

I hope my lessons for the day are over - tired and hungry emoticon Grin

To distract me he rolled on back, thumping tail, wanted tummy tickled. Flung stripy arms back so I didn't forget to do his armpits.

He's impossible to be cross with.

Allergictoironing · 03/09/2018 19:00

Ooh kitty armpits - sooo soft and silky. Boycat has recently started to ask for his to be stroked.

My poor neglected cats have water, grass, 2 different bowls of kibble plus either one or two bowls of wet. Oh and occasionally a saucer for either Lick E Lix or Tuna in spring water.

At least I don't have to do the whole lot twice over, they seem to prefer to share.

cozietoesie · 03/09/2018 19:42

Indeed. Smile

Ollivander84 · 03/09/2018 19:43

It looks very edited but it's virtually straight off the camera as we used all natural light for the photos. Ollie wonders why it's not of him

Although I was rather hoping to have 'you in THE SHOES'. Grin
