What is everyone's cat up to today?

Today I am 26 weeks pregnant and my cat Freya is communing with the baby. Mainly purring and gentle pawing in response to little kicks. I am hoping they'll be friends! Meanwhile Maisie is looking on disdainfully. She's in the huff because I tipped her out of the pregnancy dungarees, which she had commandeered as her personal nest.

What are your furry overlords all up to?

I've had this new sofa for over a year and it's remained cat-free all that time. Suddenly, little miss, the upstairs cat, has come downstairs and has decided that it's too pristine and now needs a fine coat of white cat fur. I suppose I've done well to keep it hair-free this long

Vets today, so cat currently MIA.

Ern has gone off for a short cattery stay...his little face when we left him

It's pissing down here so Leroy is curled up on my his bed in a bit of a grump. I'm in a grump because the furry shit woke me up at 5:25am and I haven't been back to sleep.
Barney the stray communal cat is curled up on DS's bed. I'm just pleased both he and Leroy are happy about him coming in when the weather's crap.

For various (unplanned) reasons the kittens stayed out last night for the first time. . All is well - apparently they were waiting by the front door yelling their heads off first thing this morning.

I was trying to nap earlier but Maisie and squirmy bump had other ideas!

I used to do lots of 'resting' when I was pregnant and my old girl would lie on my bump. I'm sure she would wake the baby with her purring, but was most put out when he kicked her

Spending the morning on her tower, watching the swallows.

Today Sibby has gone old skool and is pretending to be a VCR...

Deciding that raw steak mince is far preferable to normal cat food. That'll be my shopping bill going up then!
