What is everyone's cat up to today?

Today I am 26 weeks pregnant and my cat Freya is communing with the baby. Mainly purring and gentle pawing in response to little kicks. I am hoping they'll be friends! Meanwhile Maisie is looking on disdainfully. She's in the huff because I tipped her out of the pregnancy dungarees, which she had commandeered as her personal nest.

What are your furry overlords all up to?

No I had just opened the bag to put the food out and thought he was elsewhere...

Oh well. It was an open invitation then.

Today he tried to get in the hedgehog house, I thought he was going to get stuck. I think hedge has found another home

Oh dear!! Obviously jealous of the attention the hedgehogs are getting!

My cat has just cockblocked me and OH. There we were trying to have a cuddle before work and little furry boy comes and plonks self right in the middle of us. Oh now gone and cat very happy to still be in bed with me.

How do you feel about them staying out all night? Mine have done it three times in the last few weeks. I give up by about midnight. Even when i wake up i still have to shout them in! What do they do? They arent even hungry when they get in or desparate to use the tray. The thing is, next month im back at work after four months of sick and I will need to me in bed early. Do you think they are ok out?

We live in suburbia with a catflap and my three come and go as they please through the catflap. They definitely are out at night, when I've been down at 3am or 5am the house is empty of mogs. They also spend the day outside.

They are reasonably clever, there's a busy main road the other side of my back wall and the cats don't cross it, they stay in estate.

I trust mine to come and go at will. They seem pretty sensible. I also have cat loving neighbours so I don't think mine are much at risk.

In other news, my main job is policing cat bowls to ensure that the cat on the special diet doesn't swap bowls with his best mate. They are quite happy to eat each others food but it's not good for Greymog.

Ebony back on the rug!! Btw she never actually goes outside as she's too nervous, she runs away if I go near the back door.
As she's a rescue cat I don't know her history but I just assume she's happier staying inside.., which is fine by me as I would just worry if she went out.

tierraj feisty isn't the word for mine. She's an absolute head-case. It's really hard when they leave us

I also had a cat like Ebony, but don't have any pics on this mob. I'll dig one out from tablet. I miss him terribly as well. He was a nightmare but also irresistible. I love longhaired tuxedos.
