What is everyone's cat up to today?

Today I am 26 weeks pregnant and my cat Freya is communing with the baby. Mainly purring and gentle pawing in response to little kicks. I am hoping they'll be friends! Meanwhile Maisie is looking on disdainfully. She's in the huff because I tipped her out of the pregnancy dungarees, which she had commandeered as her personal nest.

What are your furry overlords all up to?

My soft lad woke me up at 4am HOWLING in distress I decided to sleep in the spare room last night as it's less draughty but forgot to tell him; he obviously woke up downstairs in the middle of the night and panicked when he couldn't find me in my usual bed Poor bugger

I know, he was wandering around the house looking for me. I had to put the lamp on and coax him into bed with me, fortunately he crawled under the duvet and bravely purred himself to sleep 🙄

Just had an early lunch & off to do a lunchtime patrol.

Just got up, 11.30am'ish, had breakfast and might pop out?

Today we are sitting at the door. Get human to open door - look at human to inform him that he is stupid and wait for him to close the door again to stop the draft.

Very windy and rainy today, so all moggies are in bed.

It's a hard life.

Sybil has excelled herself this morning.
She leapt onto the laptop keyboard (her current favourite sleeping position ) and the screen display suddenly changed from landscape to portrait.
After a bit if squirrelling I found out how to reset it - but how she had managed to deliberately I assume stand on ctrl-alt-rightarrow at the same time is beyond me.

At this exact moment, Nijinsky is snuggling my ankles, purring VERY loudly. Balanchine is patrolling, occasionally popping into my room to squeak at me.

Apparently at the moment I’m not allowed anywhere without feline supervision. (Thus my leaving the house - not that I’m doing much of that - makes mes chattons even crosser than usual.) Fluffy little weirdos.

My parent's cat would do that too, right next to the glass of the gas fire! How she didn't burn it to a crisp I don't know!

Sev has been to the vet to have his teeth cleaned yesterday and wasn't allowed any food until this morning at 8.
He was not amused but too shakey from the sedation to do anything about it.
I bought something special for him to eat and now he likes us again.

Well mine dont climb. So I thought. Then this morning i got up to find every single photo the catsitter had sent me on the floor. Now im worried about my posh diffusers and wonder if its time to move them.
