I wanted to reply to @EachandEveryone but thread number 6 is full! That cooling mat thing looks fab.

What is everyone's cat up to today?

Today I am 26 weeks pregnant and my cat Freya is communing with the baby. Mainly purring and gentle pawing in response to little kicks. I am hoping they'll be friends! Meanwhile Maisie is looking on disdainfully. She's in the huff because I tipped her out of the pregnancy dungarees, which she had commandeered as her personal nest.

DD's baby is due in April, and I hope Matt will be ok with her. Pretty sure he will, as he takes everything in his stride.

What a beauty! I do love cats. We used to have loads of them when we were kids! I was always caring around armfuls if kittens (lucky me).

Mine has been strutting around the house all day pretending he is a big bad panther after catching a mouse and bringing it upstairs and under my bed last night! Worst thing was I had to ‘reward’ him by giving him treats to get him downstairs so I could retrieve said mouse ( by then dead) from under the bed as he was lying just out of reach with his paw firmly on it and refusing to move! He was very confused when he went back to look for it only to find it gone 😂
Photo is of him looking slightly less panther like and more like his normal idiot self!

Apparentely Ernie had everyone laughing at the vets as he was growling at the dogs.....dogs were non-plussed.

Vet said he had something wrong with his nerve in his eye (OH forgot the actual explanation)...he seems to get a new thing wrong with him each time he goes

Dallas decided to go and hide in the local Copse for most of the day today, as there is always plenty of wildlife in there.
Never mind that I spent ages calling the little sod in for food for most of the day.
