I don't think anyone's begun a new thread yet?

Hope you don't mind Cozie. Smile Newboy's Fairy God(cat)mothers love hearing about his progress.

Stop smearing them in custard then,

cozietoesie · 28/10/2017 15:40

Oh I couldn’t be doing with that. Grin He’d get his jotters and he knows it.

Ollivander84 · 28/10/2017 16:16

He doesn't get the warmest welcome Grin
Usually "OUT! NOW!"
But he knows my alarm sound and if I try and snooze it I get woken up Grin

Allergictoironing · 28/10/2017 17:45

I'm really dreading the clock change. Not because of the food thing, but even though my alarm goes off at 8am Boycat has decided that 7:30 is his morning cuddle time. He's not a small cat, so when he jumps on me I have no choice but to wake up Sad.

Fluffycloudland77 · 28/10/2017 18:42

L

Asbo doesn't do remorse. When I fuss him in bed his eyes are on my silk pillowcase.

Lanaorana2 · 28/10/2017 19:07

I guessed as much. At least there isn't a horse's head when you get into bed Grin

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 00:14

Well we made it to 9.50 without serious protest. Now we have to aim for Final Supper at 12.50 (or thereabouts.)

Ollivander84 · 29/10/2017 00:53

Crossed fingers. O is still asleep Confused

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 00:59

We made it to 12.50.I reckon that’s as good as I can hope for. Smile

Ollivander84 · 29/10/2017 01:03

Clever boy! He deserves some chicken off the hot counter with extra crispy skin Grin
I lie, I keep the skin to myself and tell Ollie it's BAD FOR CATS

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 01:26

We don’t eat the skin in this house. (Maybe that’s where I went wrong.)

Lanaorana2 · 29/10/2017 11:21

Mr C and I fight over the crispy bits of skin.

A peaceful night for us here, not least because my non-pillow ear is blocked. How is Newboy taking the new regime?

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 13:25

I put a toy on my bedroom couch last night.

It’s not there this morning. Grin

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 14:14

He’s left most of his lunch uneaten. Sad

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/10/2017 14:36

Maybe he had a live snack?.

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 14:42

I don’t think so. He’s just had a (fairly large) poo, though, so just maybe.........

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 15:17

He’s eaten some more. Smile

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 16:48

He’s finally finished it off. Maybe he’s learned, at last, that he can stage his intake without some other cat coming and snaffling any leftovers.

Ollivander84 · 29/10/2017 16:49

I have Paws sat on my window, Ollie asleep on a chair and a random ginger fluffy cat sat outside. Save me Grin

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 16:51

So Ollie doesn’t yet know about the random ginger?

Ollivander84 · 29/10/2017 16:54

Nope. I posted a photo on the cat thread. It's very fluffy

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 17:19

He may or may not like it.

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/10/2017 18:46

He might have, he's probably realised there's no other cats.

cozietoesie · 29/10/2017 18:58

Scratch that theory. He ate all his tea in a oner. (Although I suppose, thinking about it, that the theory might not be totally invalidated - maybe he was especially hungry or something.)

Lanaorana2 · 29/10/2017 19:39

Being a good eater is a fine thing, if you ask me. Is it cold with you - London is suddenly nippy as anything. Heated throw on 6, self on throw, cat on self.
