I don't think anyone's begun a new thread yet?

Hope you don't mind Cozie. Smile Newboy's Fairy God(cat)mothers love hearing about his progress.

Did you get wind (weather Grin) last night cozie? My 2 go a bit skitty when there's weather. Little M prances, but Mcat does the full on piercing yowling.

cozietoesie · 16/10/2017 16:24

Just normal wind, Mantra. Tonight’s is to be serious. (Warnings issued etc.) I have no idea how he’ll react.

TheLongRider · 16/10/2017 16:27

We're in the middle of it in Dublin at the moment. All three cats are currently fast asleep! One cat was worried this morning, one cat is fed up of being kept inside and cat no. 3 is completely chilled out!

cozietoesie · 16/10/2017 18:19

Good luck, LongRider. I’m not looking forward to it.

Lanaorana2 · 16/10/2017 18:30

Even in London the sun is the colour of a new one p coin - sickly geranium pink. Sky is bile yellow, clouds violet, getting dark fast. Fizz in the air. Mr C totally unruffled, gimlet eye on the chew packet.

Served the four horsemen of the Apocalypse at the charity shop.:)

C take it easy. Movie and a lie down?

RubbishMantra · 16/10/2017 19:31

Yes, the bruised, puce Sky! All the colour went all saturated. Silent as t' grave. Ominous.

Lanaorana2 · 16/10/2017 19:49

It is that booming silence here too. Shortly to be filled with the George Michael doc, lovely, and a row with the cat over missing chewsticks.

Dodie66 · 17/10/2017 08:51

Who are the four horsemen of the apocalypse?

RubbishMantra · 17/10/2017 09:43

When the Four Horsemen ride out (or visit charity shops in South London) it heralds the End of Days Dodie. Unless I'm wrong and they're the name of a cool new band. Grin

Did Newboy treat you to the Down Chorus this morning cozie? Little M just stalked off because I opened the curtains and disturbed his lie-in. He's fully embraced the Seniorboy method of sleeping. Lots of manspreading. He's getting all fuzzy haired ready for winter. His ear frills are certainly gravity defying this year!

It was all very quiet this morning. (No bad thing after last night.) He seems to be cavorting right now though.

Ollivander84 · 17/10/2017 16:26

Ollie took to having a nap on my boob ConfusedHmm as he was still scared by the wind

cozietoesie · 17/10/2017 16:29

At least he blamed the wind. (Newboy blamed me! Grin)

RubbishMantra · 17/10/2017 16:46

Newboy's such a teen isn't he. I was musing on how at least I get to be first in a freshly made bed now. I was wrong! Small curly fluffball had already burrowed in.Smile

OP posts:
Lanaorana2 · 17/10/2017 20:00

At least they are nice and warm.

Newboy's basically Kevin, isn't he.

cozietoesie · 17/10/2017 20:04

You’re right - he is a teen!Grin At least, I suppose, I don’t have noxious odours and noise coming from his room. And he hasn’t painted the walls. Wink

Lanaorana2 · 17/10/2017 20:30

Watch out for the Grumpycat posters and a lot of the Cure playing Love Cats on repeat.

Full disclosure: I did this.

RubbishMantra · 17/10/2017 21:47

"And he hasn't painted the walls."

Well not with paint anyway. Just urine! Grin

How's our furry teen hearthrob this morning?

cozietoesie · 18/10/2017 15:44

The house Is full of people so he’s secreted himself. I sad to DBro ‘He’s in his tent’ and DBro having said ‘What?’, I felt I had to remind him of Achilles. DBro then said ‘Oh,I got the classical allusion but I thought you might have bought him a tent to hide in - Lord knows, you’ve bought him most everything else!’

He had a point. Grin

Allergictoironing · 18/10/2017 16:09

Well there ARE a few cats on here with Teepees aren't there? I'm slightly surprised you haven't got him one yet... Wink

cozietoesie · 18/10/2017 16:10

I’m running out of space! Grin

Lanaorana2 · 18/10/2017 19:01

Dbro knows the score. :) I note gentlemen as a sub-species tend to be less recognisant, let alone reverent, of the lady-pet bond and the purchases that entails, due to their sadly subhuman IQ and small animal brains. Grin

We've gone through a month's Lidl chewsticks in 10 days. Waitrose ones actually work out cheaper because Mr C doesn't like them as much.

Has he come out yet?

cozietoesie · 18/10/2017 19:13

Oh he came out as soon as the people left and I said the ‘Aww Gohnn’ phrase. Smile

RubbishMantra · 18/10/2017 19:14

I know what you mean Lana. At a friend's house earlier, he "couldn't remember" where the Dreamies were Shockwhen I wanted to hand them round to his two furries. So I gave them a tin of tuna to make amends for their suffering.

I do hope your little teen is having a lovely day with you cozie .
