I don't think anyone's begun a new thread yet?

Hope you don't mind Cozie. Smile Newboy's Fairy God(cat)mothers love hearing about his progress.

I ignored him this morning and just put his breakfast in his eating place. All gone by lunchtime when I looked.

cozietoesie · 07/12/2017 18:38

And now he's showin grand unconcern about his tea. Didn't even come down to the Kitchen to see what it was - just stayed in the LWT. I'm beginning to suspect that he's genuinely 'regulating'.

cozietoesie · 07/12/2017 18:38

showing

Lanaorana2 · 07/12/2017 20:54

It's all going the right way, isn't it.

Confession: after I posted yest. with another oh-so hilarious LW pun, I got up and thought to myself 'Must turn that M&S roast chicken for the cat off, he doesn't like it too hot.' No connection made whatsoever re petcare hypocriy Grin

cozietoesie · 07/12/2017 21:28

That's clearly where I made my mistake with the chicken. I offered it to him at barely room temperature! Grin

Ollivander84 · 07/12/2017 21:33

I have added a touch of warm water to the NM senior. Still not eating it. Actually wondering if something is wrong with the batch as for him not to eat NM is v odd

Lanaorana2 · 07/12/2017 21:48

Mr C hates anything labelled senior, if it's any help, even when he loves the non-senior version. There might well be a dodgy batch too; life's too short - whip out the whiskas if in doubt.

Ollivander84 · 07/12/2017 21:54

Whiskas?! He would be horrified! Unless it was that crunch stuff or the trios, he goes mad for them. Annoying as I have 6 pouches left and I can't even use it for the ferals
Might take it back to pets at home and see if they have a donation box. He's eating the chicken and turkey NM Hmm

cozietoesie · 07/12/2017 21:58

Mix it half and half with AGAIL Doubly Delicious. Smile

Ollivander84 · 07/12/2017 21:59

He's never had that. I might give it a go! Tried mixing it with NM normal stuff and he glared and retreated to his igloo
"Disgusting momma" was his verdict

cozietoesie · 07/12/2017 22:02

Newboy adores their DD meaty flavours. Smile

Ollivander84 · 07/12/2017 22:07

I shall hunt! He can't have anything beef ConfusedHmm so may have to venture into other flavours (I have to read packets to check no tiny amounts of beef in the ingredients)
Needy boy that he is

Lanaorana2 · 07/12/2017 22:51

If push comes to shove, there is a dry food called Exigence 'for the demanding pet' avail on Amazon. That and AGAIL DD are pretty foolproof.

Am cringeing re Whiskas - it's a pot noodle of foods ie most people will.

Ollivander84 · 07/12/2017 22:57

Oh he eats most dry food. Loves meowing heads, Lily's kitchen, wellness core etc
And all natures menu bar the beef and senior. Currently licking my nose, not entirely sure why

Kibobear · 07/12/2017 23:47

Checking you're healthy Grin

cozietoesie · 08/12/2017 00:27

He's feeling guilty about something. Smile

Lanaorana2 · 08/12/2017 15:47

Found out what it is yet? Is Dbro answering his phone?

cozietoesie · 08/12/2017 18:58

Sorry. I meant Ollie's behaviour.

I don't think that Newboy feels truly guilty about anything. I have to work on that. Smile

Ollivander84 · 08/12/2017 20:14

I excitedly pointed out the snow to Ollie this morning. He looked at the window and went straight back to his igloo Grin

Lanaorana2 · 08/12/2017 20:29

Mr C has sneezed every day at tea time this week.

No, no idea either.

Fluffycloudland77 · 08/12/2017 20:33

Do you think he's doing it for attention?

cozietoesie · 08/12/2017 21:02

So we're developing a bunch of cats who are/may be happy as Larry but who we never see? Grin

Ollivander84 · 08/12/2017 21:25

He seems quite happy. I can hear snoring and I spotted him drooling on his tail earlier Confused
Maybe we enabled it with all the LWT and igloos

cozietoesie · 08/12/2017 21:27

'This is a Good Thing'. (A happy cat.)

Just keep repeating to yourself. Grin

Lanaorana2 · 08/12/2017 21:38

He might be. It's ridiculously sweet.

He makes a big deal out of it, getting the most satisfaction poss by ramping up the tickle - sniffing with his mouth wiiide open for hours first. He learnt that from me.

He's taken against the heated throw. Squeals and bolts when I turn it on. I haven't, I love it.

Visible or not, are we all LW? Pretty nippy here but was glorious clear blue sun all today.
