He was a very old cat, Dame.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 01/09/2017 12:21

Doesn't make any difference, you had longer to love him Sad

cozietoesie · 01/09/2017 12:25

That's true.

cozietoesie · 01/09/2017 12:29

I realise what you're thinking, NoSquirrels, but I would still worry about him sitting shivering while he plucked up courage.

Still. The heating will be going back off this afternoon. Smile

cozietoesie · 01/09/2017 21:14

The postie having been generous to Newboy this morning. Smile

Lanaorana2 · 01/09/2017 22:07

I get ya, :)

Mr C over the course of an evening.

I picked the pix where he looks slim. Well, slimmest. Blush

I remember a photograph of Mr.C where he's smiling in his sleep under a supersize tin of Dreamies.

Lanaorana2 · 01/09/2017 22:47

M might it not be time for one of the boys for the thread? Hoping so :)

Mcat all snuggled with me on my treasured Woolly Hug. Here's hoping you get a nighttime visit from your young chap cozie.

Ooooo he is such a sweetie, the look of love he's giving you is a heart-melter.

Some fine hints for Newboy here.

Newboy is currently playing on the stairs. Love? Huh! Grin

Lanaorana2 · 02/09/2017 10:28

Oh C he is playing now! Wiping away a tear of tenderness... that is another milestone firmly crossed. He's happy.

I MUST do something about Mr C's weight. The belfies (bottom selfies) he took by mistake last night sitting on the phone are Kardashian. His furry tummy is bigger than his furry rug. He is fit as a fiddle tho'. Also happy.

Are you mentally, emotionally and spiritually prepared, though? Grin Remember, just cutting back to a regime which prevents further weight gain will be a diet to him. As for further?? Yikes. I'd talk to the vet, I think. Smile

Lanaorana2 · 02/09/2017 19:04

No.

Ah. Wink

cozietoesie · 03/09/2017 00:43

Mind you - I can hardly talk. I was late in delivering the midnight chicken and was given all sorts of verbal! Grin

Ollivander84 · 03/09/2017 01:14

Ooh verbal? He's settling in Wink

Lanaorana2 · 03/09/2017 09:58

You got verbal?? Brilliant. :) :) Well, you know what I mean.

Here's wishing you both a Happy Sunday.

I'm lazing. He's 'hiding' under the glass-topped table. Wink

Lanaorana2 · 03/09/2017 14:48

Someone I know has a new Dreamland Intelliheat throw. The person concerned is blissfully asleep... in the Amazon box it came in. Another success Grin

I have ofttimes thought that if the readers of this board added up the cost of those purchases which have been rejected by cats, it would represent a very sizeable amount. (I exclude the scratching lounger which the postie gave to Newboy as a pressie and which seems to be being a great success - if only to judge by its increasing state of dilapidation. Grin)

Allergictoironing · 03/09/2017 20:02

How about items that are played with energetically for about 2 days, and are then ignored however temptingly you try to tease them with it? Boycat can rarely understand what he's supposed to do with toys and has the attention span of a senile goldfish, Girlcat gets bored with toys after a few sessions - though she will occasionally give a desultory swipe at the Da Bird if I swish it VERY temptingly, then wander off bored.

cozietoesie · 03/09/2017 20:28

Ha! Newboy has so many (seemingly unwanted) toys lying around that the air at cozietowers is frequently filled with bad sweary words when we trip over them! Grin
