We haven't needed a cat litter tray for a while, but we now have one. I was getting concerned that none of the cats had been for a poo yet. Until I spotted DDog chowing down on a lovely brown nugget of deliciousness, cat shit. I chased her in an attempt to get it back, but she was having none of it. Gone, without a trace.

On the beach, ate a load of decomposing crabs that had been washed up in the storm. Threw up all over the holiday cottage. All night.

I've had to change the litter trays to top loaders to stop the whippet snacking on poo nuggets. She prefers them while they are still warm.

I once caught her in the act of eating the poo of dog 2, while it was still in the process of being deposited. Dog 2 looked humiliated and quite upset. The whippet, as usual, didn't give a shit ( she just takes, takes,takes!)

These are all so grim! Our dog used to be car sick. Heard him puking in the boot one day. By the time we could stop to check on him (all of 2 minutes later) there was no sign of the vomit - he’d eaten it all!

My dog once ate something in a bush, I still have no idea what it was but she was sick afterwards. She then ate that, and was totally fine afterwards. Was not a nice site.

Rolled around on a decomposing mouse :( which made the usual cow pat eating seem rather tame.

We were digging out a base for a new shed which meant the dog got the scent of a recently buried rabbit in the garden and dug it up.

It was so decomposed - it was basically a swollen carcass full of liquid. The dog was delighted. He ran round and round the garden with this fetid, sloshing corpse whilst we all chased him in vain.

Knowing he risked losing it, he gulped the whole lot down. I can't describe the smell of his face afterwards!

Oh where do I start... He's ate my bras and loves... Errrr.... Worn knickers. But the worse one was where he ate a huge ball of string. Must have been several metres long and he could have died....but no.... When we walked down the street he decided to try and pass it and clearly struggled with the bowel movement.

There i was with several metres of shitty string out of his arse and me having to help him with a hand in poo bag gently tugging the rest out in front of all the neighbours. I was scared to do it any quickly in case I turned him inside out . I hadn't realised the string had gone out the back garden until he tried to shit it out.

I'm crying with laughter at these stories. Bloody stupid dogs. My aunt tells me a story about her dog eating a balloon. She was really worried but the dog seemed ok. That was until it tried to poo-yes the balloon hung out of the dog's butt and every time it pushed the balloon inflated. 😂😂

Ate a mummified frog that stank worse than rotten fish, then had a spout of vomiting and diarrhoea all over our new rug. But his wirst today was about 10 minutes ago when he farted, that would be normal dog nastiness if the little shit wasn't lying next to fan at the time. We all gagged a little.

Crying with laughter at some of these. I too have had to pull string out of my dogs bum before. They don't tell you about that at puppy training.

I'm crying with laughter! My dog also loves eating dead crabs on the beach, but the final straw was 'sampling' a rotting pigeon ! He puked everywhere and went back to sniff the puke. As I say he now wears a muzzle when we are out( and he looks so sad when he sees a delicious dead fish!)

This was my silly dog yesterday after having mud for lunch while out on a walk. I had just paid £20 for a bath for her at the groomer. 😭

I have a flat coat. She's adorable but the most disgusting dog I have ever met. She's done just about everything listed above. Every walk involves something gruesome. The other day I was trying to work out what the vile stench wafting round the house was. I found a very dead rabbit hidden in her bed. As I was taking it outside I dropped it on the kitchen floor and millions of maggots spilled everywhere. She was most put out that I'd stolen it from her.

But she doesn't eat her own poo, or other dogs....just every other living creature...still, I guess that means she's not as bad as she might be!
