That wasn't really the wake. It's still only the day after Logan's death, Ewan will presumably travel for Logan's funeral. Greg mentioned his grandpa being at the board meeting (on the phone) so I think he does still have shares in the company.
Lots to say about this episode, it was a brutal one. But when Frank and Karl are first talking about Logan's letter one of them (Frank?) says "we're not going to let that little princess block things, are we?". I thought he was referring to Kerry and that potentially there had been something written about her in pencil which they and Gerri had rubbed out before showing the document to anyone else. However, you get quite a clear shot of the document as one hands it to the other and there doesn't seem to be anything else on it. So who is the little princess? Is it Logan? They are understandably concerned about handing control of the company to the people who tried to undermine the deal and sent Logan back to the negotiating table, leading to his death (as Shiv clearly feels it).
Marcia on absolutely top form in this episode - good for Willa saying "to the both of us" when Marcia tried to crush her by pointing out how far she'd risen.
I did wonder about Connor spending 63 million dollars so freely when he seems to have been perpetually 'broke' by Roy standards, I'm assuming that he's inherited a shedload of cash - and Marcia must have inherited the apartment, and hence why they could do their deal (although clearly the will hasn't been executed yet).
Shiv's fall - I really hope that doesn't lead to a miscarriage as it would be far too cliched. However, what I think it will do is frighten her about her physical vulnerability. Tom's story seems creepy as all hell - he seems to have hunted her down when she was in some kind of crisis, the main thing he can remember is that she was wearing a fine silk shirt (gak) and that she 'eventually' said she liked his arm around her (after he had asked repeatedly).
