Ok LOST fans. Which unsolved mystery bugs you the most?

The main puzzle for me is Elouise.

She seemed to be very aware of Desmond's uniqueness even before he'd spent 3yrs pushing the button, turning the fail-safe key and then (presumably) becoming immune to the effects of electromagnetism. How did she gain this knowledge (e.g. she popped up in the monastery, then again in the jewellery shop) and how did she even get to know about Desmond??

I agree actually Elouise was a mystery as she seemed to know pretty much everything. Suppose she was special like Desmond. She was the only one who knew how to get back to the island but did she tell Charles?

Maybe Sun told Widmore after her meeting with Ben at the harbour?? But even if she did, Widmore still wouldn't necessarily know whereabouts on the Ajira flightpath that the turbulence and eventual downing of the plane would happen!

So many mysteries, no more episodes!
