Ok LOST fans. Which unsolved mystery bugs you the most?

For me it has to be why Aaron shouldn't have been raised by anyone but Claire?

Sorry - but this is REALLY bugging me. If Jack dies at the point or not long after Hurley takes over the role of candidate, where is Jack inbetween then and Hurley dying at some point in the future?

and how does Desmond het off the island?

and in the flash sideways, if they were all being, in purgatory, what they weren't in real life, eg, jack - a father, sawyer - a cop, daniel - a pianist, desmond - working for charles widmore, why was kate still on the run, charlie still a junkie, sayid still a killer/torturer?

The thing that's REALLY niggling me is Jack's son with Juliet in season 6.

On the island Jack & Juliet don't have a son, but in 'purgatory' they do. Where did he come from, and how did he end up in purgatory if he never existed?

I gave up on Lost in the middle of Series 2 I think. Reading the above, I am so glad I did!

As for where did jack go whist waiting for Hurly to die - he was in the sideways place - where there is no 'now' so possibly it's a timeless place.

Not sure why some where different in the sideways place - I think it's do do with themselves and making up for what they did in real life. Was Sayid a torturer in the sideways place?

Jacks son wasn't real
it was proving that he could be a perfect dad
putting his mind at rest in purgatory so he could go to the afterlife

I want to know what happened to Kate when she got back, was she put in prison. Did Claire get custody of her kid despite her mental health issues. Did Sawyer just become a policeman and get over all the issues he had re the man who killed his family.

That'll be the spinoff series

If Desmond died on teh island why did Jack insist on being the one who moved the thing back into the hole when Desmond offered to do it? Jack said to Desmond that he should go back and be with his wife and son yet it never happened?

Also

Why did Claire get to give birth so many times. Why was she still pregnant in the sideways timeline when presumably she was dead or something. I am confused.

Desmond didn't die on the island, pressumably he did get off it and find penny and live happily ever after.

Sideways was in their heads (so to speak) it was a way to get them all together again, she was pregnant as that was part of how they found each other.

Pigeons, why does everything have to be real in the sideways? It was a means to an end, finding themselves /making up for before whatever, they were dead anything can happen.

Desmond didn't die, Ben said at the end when Des was lay on the rock that he was going to be OK.

Ben then told Hurley that there may be a 'better way' and so there could be a way to let people off the island,

Claire had her baby again in purgatory because she needed to find peace with herself and have the baby in happy circumstances and know that she wanted to keep him not give him up for adoption

One thing I was ale to figure was ...

Jacob/bad guy couldn't kill each other,

so DH was like 'well why are they killing each other?' when it was jack vs 'locke'

But i think the mother put protection on the twins so they couldn't hurt each other, so it was just the brothers, not that good guys couldn't hurt bad guys.

But Locke must have thought it was, as he assumed Jack couldn't hurt him.

As far as the whole 6 series goes... I suppose when you watch a series for YEARS, a series where there are so many twists and turns and mysteries and unexplained phenomena, you can't expect it all to be solved in a final 2 part series.

But I personally feel that in the last series rather than making new myseries they should have been chipping away and revealing answers to some of the old ones.

I don't think a 2 hour finale could ever live up to the expectations of Lost fans.

They dragged it out far too long and burried themselves too deep.

It was, in parts, excellent though. And I always looked forwards to it every week!

Thhey did though, they answered a hell of a lot more questions than is obvious, there was a lot that if not answered outright was inferred. There was never going to be a big reveal with lost, that would have annoyed far more people than this did.

You can't please all of the people all of the time.

I have millions of these, and wil probably start posting them later (have to get it out of my system somehow). But in the meantime, Moveline's website has had very funny 23 Questions articles on Lost each episode, and their latest deals with unanswered questions - it's very funny.

They had to tell the story from someones point of view and Jack was always the main character
