80'schick, no, because it would be based from where he left to where ended up. so would've left the noughties and wound back to 80/90's

Of course, we don't know for certain that the railway arms is heaven, it could be that once they go in there they become alive again (probably not, but it could be)

Did anyone else hear those screams coming from the lift shaft? And see Keats' face change briefly to something quite scary when Gene hit him outside The Railway Arms? Keats snarling at the end really gave me the willies! LOL

Shaz was from the 90s, when were Ray and Chris from? I couldnt work it out from the video's, or was it not as obvious? Time for a rewatch I think!

If that was the ending that was meant for life on mars if John Simms hadn't refused to do series 3 does that mean that Shaz had the ending that was meant for Annie?

Chuffed with that ending, thought at one point it was going to get way to complicated and totally out there.

A couple of pondering, do you think Keats 'got'/'took' Viv then as Gene wasn't able to escort him to the pub??

Also, did I imagine Ray saying something about killing his dad and a DCI covering it up??

Chris' uniform looked fairly modern, maybe late 80s/early 90s. Ray was harder to tell, he was watching a colour tv but his clothes/surroundings weren't that modern, so maybe 70s.

Eve Yes, it was as though his face had melted a bit (haven't watched in back yet).

So, what happens to Keats now? I didn't get the sense that he was vanquished. A bit unhinged, but still kicking.

Ray killed a lad didn't he? He said sorry to his dad when he hung himself because he knew he was a disappointment to him.

As a good catholic girl I totally got the heaven/hell/purgatory thing.

Raybeat up a bloke outside a pub, and killed him. not his dad though. He joined the police after leaving/not making it into the army, so disappointing his dad.

I think orignally Sam&Alex were in comas but Alex returned to her body to die (9:06) and Sam returned to his (hence Alex knowing about him) and then died to return to Gene & eventually to go to the pub

Though Ray said he lost the lot and killed a young lad outside a pub for peeing up the wall.

DH said that Keats was the Devil as he enjoyed people dying,he cradled them in their last moments and almost delighted in their last breaths when you look back at previous episodes.
