The killing of Tom was awful.

I didn't understand the stuff about her son being a minor. I thought he was 17+ (in the first series, when he got sent to the boot camp and with the business about College applications).

Had to google to find out. Age of consent 17 in New York.

I will miss Damages, hope they do make a fourth season.

yes lenny did well - so basically his fault that tom died

I don't think she went riding, she just took a really long walk (as pointed out by farmer guy who was surprised she'd walked that far in her condition) after the doctor had specifically said she should do no exercise whatsoever and stay in bed till the baby was born.

I guess she was hoping to trigger an accident.

It was guilt I presume that brought the horse dreams. What I don't get is the fact that the architect whom she meets at the bar and consults about redecorating her flat is the same guy she met on the farm all those years back.
Is it the same guy or all an illusion?

And re her son. Why doesn't she tell him the whole story (ie the girlfriend losing custody and accepting all the money and lying to Michael about it) rather than just have GF arrested?

Poor Tom. His murder scene was brutal. I hated the way Joe didn't even look guilty afterwards and just went about disposing of the body.

Only just caught up with this ...

POOR Tom. What a hideous way to go. And still not sure about all that horse/crack in the wall stuff.

Couple of questions: what happened to the storyline about Ellen and Tom setting up a law firm together? Did the writers just forget about that, or did it hit the cutting room floor?

And why bother having Arthur Frobisher in it at all? I mean, good to see Ted Danson and all, but it didn't exactly serve the main plotline, did it?

I was also glad that Lenny got away - even though he wasn't a particularly nice character, I couldn't help liking him.

And although I LOVE Lily Tomlin, she played that part so well that I've sort of gone off her now and wasn't sorry to see her dive-bombing into the East River ...

It was clever how fits together

Certainly makes you think

I couldn't work out why Frobisher was in it either
