BB is set up from the start to cause maximum conflict between the house mates. They deliberately choose people who will spark off each other. If they didn't want the bullying/bickering and fighting, they would pick a house full of 'Rachels'. But they DO want the bullying- all the better if thereis a nicely timed race row. And then edit the programme to show EXACTLY what they want us to see. Even the live feed is censored.

All of these programmes are to make money and provide something approaching entertainment, not a lot more. Nobody is forced at gunpoint to take part, and no-one is forced to watch

any way, back to the shameless exploitation that is x-factor...

I'm so tired of all the sob stories, what kind of focus group told them that we wanted that kind of rubbish when in reality everyone knows we just like crap singers and freaks? The lady with 5 kids, ex addict - they're going to milk that a bit more are they? Wave the two children she has with her about on camera and ignore the ones who are where, still in care? moved out at 14? Why would the poor woman expose her car crash of a life to be picked over like that?

So I'm warning ITV sternly, they've tonight's episode to be less cringy and exploitative or I'm off to watch that programme on crab fishing on C4.

I do rather despite myself for enjoying this show, when they do things like egging on that poor stalker woman by putting her through just cos she's got a tragic comedy crush on Louis. And then Mr Foster Care...if you want to get in touch with your bio-family, go through the usual channels. Don't do it on tv and whore your feelings out for a cheap thrill.
