I made chilli flakes with last years chilli, I reckon they will last for the next 20 years because you only need a teeny pinch, they are so hot! . I kept the chilli plants alive over winter and they have done well again, I think I will freeze this lot, or maybe make a small jar of chilli oil with some of them, but according to something I read you have to be careful of home made chilli oil because it can harbour botulism.

It wasn’t really a burger was it. The others made things with mince but that one was a chicken breast.

I snarfed two fresh cream and jam filled iced buns before this. Def don’t need a burger.

Let’s hope Nitin doesn’t let us down by being good at burgers……
