Me too. When I make it it is nice and gloopy though not as liquid as the daal that comes from the very good takeaway that (ahem, six degrees of separation moment) Grace and I both use. Though to be fair it thickens up a lot when I have it for breakfast the next day,

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, things like salt and sugar, flour etc should be very clearly marked in these situations.
