Thought do a new thread for the new series and 40yrs of Casualty on bbc

Saturday BBC One's TV schedule now officially includes the double episode, with the two parts set to air back to back on Saturday 5 September at 8pm and 8.50pm.

The 40th anniversary will have a "huge firebomb" leaving several characters' fates hanging in the balance ……..

Anyone watched it yet? I wasn't expecting it to be on iPlayer until after it had aired but it's there. I won't say anything about it until after it's been on this evening though.

My mum has a very old TV and can't get it.
But I have set up iplayer on her phone so she can catch up on an Eastenders that she has missed !!
