Long shot but could Tommy have visited the square for the day from wherever he is staying (Lynne’s?) and attacked Joel? Otherwise my money is still on Vicki.

Joel is a great actor but I don't see how there's any way back for him. It's like we're supposed to ignore what he's done.

Maybe Joel will save someone’s life or really try and be rehabilitated. He has an uphill climb with Avani and Amy. Most people wouldn’t want him around at all.

I don’t think the same person done both either. I think Ricky freed him and maybe Ravi or his son clonked him over the head.

Interesting photo on my tv guide of Priya Ravi and max! I think that Ravi will ask her to marry him as it can’t be Max ? Not had a chance to buy it yet

You know the Tommy thing is interesting because didn’t someone say to Kat it’s good Tommy isn’t around and in involved in all this ? One of the parents or Jean? They won’t usually mention when the kid isn’t around

have we discussed the total randomness of nugget dealing yet? I know Ravi was into that but how on earth would nugget know how to get involved?

Also just seen a spoiler to say penny is rushed to hospital next week at 8 months. So presumably her plan to pretend baby is vinnies is foiled. It does hint she may not survive and we know Jack has the baby with him at new years….

Penny is in a bad way next week ;(
Also something happens with Nicola and George , but didn’t elaborate what it was.
Priya Max and Ravi are featured a lot too. I don’t mind those three

I agree about the randomness of Nugget dealing, that came out of nowhere. And Priya 'had a word' then completely forgot about it.

I think Penny is a good but underused character. I hope they don't kill her off it would be good to see how they navigate her caring for a baby.

Nugget dealing and also selling to Will is completely random. Will is rarely seen drinking in the Vic (even though he’s old enough to) so seems quite clean living but suddenly he smokes weed. It’s like the scene when he took the video of Nugget having a seizure. Completely out of character and seemingly out of nowhere. And why did Nugget bury that tiny stash in the allotment or wherever it was??

My theory is Penny ends up in a coma. Jack has to take the baby as it’s obvious that it’s not Vinny’s and Harry doesn’t own up so no-one knows who the daddy is.

If Penny dies it would be such lazy writing. It would be so good to see a disabled mother represented in a natural way. They've done a great job of Penny's disability not really being an issue (to the extent that she can get up and down stairs at the nightclub/bar/Harry's Barn 😂), it would be a shame not to show her as a mum.

That's a good episode tonight. Well worth watching. Excellent.

Tonight's episode was good. Loved Kim strutting around doing her sergeant act with Pearl. Sounds just like me! And then Pearl saying "Do me a favour" but just not as humourously as her mother 😀 She has become so tall all of a sudden!

And Lily is morphing into her mum with the red top and black bottoms combo. But it was refreshing to have some honesty for a change!

Did Ria's biological mother really fall and break her arm, or was that just an excuse to explain why she didn't return up to the party?

Also, this Robin guy from Social Services - does he not have a mobile phone? He literally must have so much time on his hands to keep turning up on the square like this 🤦‍♀️ Surely a phone call would be enough!

It would be a big mistake to kill off Pennie. Hopefully it isn’t a life or death thing. Suki will want her head on a stick 🦯

I don't go on The Other Thread as I had my arse roasted and handed to me for adding a spoiler (so it's safer for me here)

WRT Amy , when the OldHead Amy transformed into this NuHead Amy she was at (IIRC) Patricks house wearing shorts and Jack majorly kicked off . They were regular denim shorts , not half yer bumcheek out ones .

I was not expecting Lily to have unlocked the bike lock but it makes sense, she is a softie, speaking of softies, Eve is a lovely foster mam.
Pearl is gorgeous too, so grown up.
Gray is such a creep. Vomit. Surely they’d shut airports down and put out an alert if a child was kidnapped heading for a new life.

I thought Lily had done something, makes sense it was the bike lock. So that leaves Ricky and Will as the only ones not yet really investigated for hitting him. It's probably Will because nobody has even looked at him twice about it. I don't think it was Denzel, he was off doing something else.
