Syed’s nearly wife was gorgeous! Syed’s mum wasn’t keen on her as she couldn’t cook!

I thought Eve swiped Nicola with the back of her right hand (from left to right so to speak) so the damage was on the knuckles at the back of the right hand.

Oh yes maybe. That would make more sense! It was a strange manoeuvre tbh. Her arm seemed to go across her own body first.

I was shocked that she hit her though.
If Eve had been a man they wouldn’t have shown that happening and some other blackmail story.
Where will Nic get money from now ?

The alcohol and day that was in it probably drove Eve to lash out.
I wouldn’t give Nicola that amount of money. I don’t think Nicola will drop it, Giving the money they had to charity was stupid.
Max is definitely on the hunt for Linda, Cindy will get dumped by him.

Not sure about Max. He seems to like the family element , but Cindy is more exciting and not so mumsy.
Then there is Priya and that’s a big secret.. for now
He lives life on the edge.

Trouble is, the whole adoption process would end if that footage is leaked and Suki would pay any thing to keep all this going it seems. Even if she had to sell number 31 , which I still think must be Jeans ?
She is desperate to try again. Seems mad to me tbh

100% agree. You'd think now Vinny's partner Penny is expecting, she would be happy enough to put all her energy into helping with her future grandchild. But oh no, she has to have an actual child for Eve!

Well actually she does keep flip flopping about it! At first she was adamant she didn't want one. Then Suki kept slowly dripping it into her ear that she would be such a great mum etc etc so she came round ti the idea. But it is mainly for Suki('s) ego tbf.

I suppose it’s the same as people who have a child with their new partner when they have other children already. Eve didn’t want to become pregnant with a surrogate , so this is the next best thing ( for Suki anyway , who wanted Avani’s baby once! )
Once the child becomes hard work , Eve will sulk off to the pub or Brighton and leave her to it. She has a lot of issues , they both do tbh. Not really suited to any of it really! Maybe they might realize that eventually.

Ahh, once Suki finds out it’s Harry’s baby .. stuff will hit the fan then.

Hair will fly.
Suki will be on the rampage.

I thought Eve was slightly too old to get pregnant (though they regularly have 50 year old mums on the square).

My post was badly written. What I meant to say was Eve wouldn’t want to carry a child ( even if she could do ) and they couldn’t afford a surrogate. Once it was clear Suki wouldn’t get her way with adopting Avani’s baby ( which was awful ) they then proceeded with this.

No heatwave in the square. People stomping around in boots and coats.

Really? I thought it was recorded live. 🙄 I’d expect that they’d not have people wearing boots in June.

Let’s not get upset with each other.. we are the nice bunch on here!
They do film a long way in advance , so when the cast are in shorts and summer dresses , we shall hopefully be over the worst of the heatwaves ourselves!
The schedule is a bit all over the place due to the football and Tennis and so on.
Not seen it yet, hoping that Bea gets her comeuppance at some point.

It always looks odd in soaps when they are incorrectly dressed for the weather. Like those xmas jumpers last week.

When I watched Emmerdale they would sometimes be standing in a snow storm in 'late April'.

I didn't realise there were two episodes today. Maybe I'll save one for tomorrow.

I know it’s to give Bea an easy exit but it’s daft writing to have us believe she was stupid enough to give Will her phone password (and not change it immediately after) but clever enough to use AI to trick Honey.
