I think that Josh will wear him down tbh. I can’t see him resisting him for long.

Even amongst all the shouting and the angst Oscar managed to be funny. He is a character.

@EmeraldShamrock000 absolutely, but you wouldn’t want anything to do with most of Walford would you, it’s hard to think of anyone who hasn’t cheated multiple times, committed arson, shot someone 😆

Cindy was really good with Oscar, that was such a nice scene. And some good wisecracks in there too. I liked that Oscar listened and is trying to learn from his mistakes.

I agree 80s, Josh will return and at some point they will get together. Maybe Josh will have a few acting lessons in the meantime.😬At least in scenes with Oscar he summons up some chemistry, but that's about it.

It's amazing they hire young actors like Tommy and Joel, and then when get ... Josh and Jasmine.

Every time I see Nicola looking so polished, hair and make up perfect, in her crease-free shiny blouse, pencil skirt and high heels I wonder if the writers have ever met the mother of a 2-month old baby 😂

Nicola does look polished doesn’t she. It is a bit eye rolling when you just don’t feel that great after giving birth. Probably written by a man.
Giving 120k or whatever to charity .., what a waste. The businesses need the money more. I know I sound heart less , but you have to think of yourself too. I’d be so annoyed personally, but George is clearly more principled than I’d be.

i wonder how Penny feels while everyone goes on like what happened to Jordan is the end of the world while she is sat in her own wheelchair....

Yep, poor Penny was injured and now in a wheelchair.
I feel for Chelsea and her son, but they need some tact around Penny too.

I wondered if Nicola will only hand over some of the cash, and put the rest into the business? Did Eddie or Nicola tell George how much he had given her?
Or will Ian give Chelsea some type of pay out, and she will buy the club from Nicola? That leads to the new years day comment.

Chelsea should receive some money for Jordan I assume ( criminal injuries board or something maybe ?)
Not sure, but she has some beef with Nicola and it might be related to what has happened with Jordan?

I wonder if Nic will give any of the money to charity. You can't give over a huge chunk of money without encountering money laundering regulations anyway. It would be very Nic to say she'll do it. And not.

Nic and George were sitting in the club on NYD weren't they? (Ivy obviously looks after herself by that point😆)

I would lie to George .. he only gave me 15k or something like that ! Put the rest through the books ( or launder it or whatever people do with cash )
Might mean some skulduggery , but Nicola is no stranger to these things.

Nic and George were in the Vic NYD and she had crutches and a bad leg. Cindy’s leg seemed better too today!

I was wondering where Nic is keeping the money? She’d have to answer questions about where the money came from if she banked it. Who keeps a low six figure amount of money in cash at their gaff in east London?!

South, Phil does ! Admittedly he has a safe that everyone has tried to pilfer over the years.
Nic could stash it in the loft or the basement. Climb up the loft ladder in her heels, no worries!
I hope she lies , gives some away to charity and the rest towards the business. I bet that it’s all never mentioned again though and they all carry on in huge debt :(

I don't get why the money is still sitting in a bag in the house after all this time?!? Surely if both businesses were going under back when Eddie had just turned up, then they would need a cash injection urgently? So why hasn't Nicola put the money into them already?!?

Nicola should have sorted it straight away.
I wonder if she will lie about the amount just to keep George quiet. He didn’t ask her how much was in the bag. I still feel it’ll be dropped now. Sometimes the writers don’t follow things through.
Or the restaurant will shut ( again !)

Just ask Phil (or break into his house and rob him) - his magic safe has a never ending supply of bank notes that he’s raking in from his back street garage and grotty boxing gym. And guns, if you need them. Don’t forget the guns!

I am baffled how he makes his dosh as well.

There is Oscar’s everywhere and Josh’s, bad idea for them to continue flirting and hooking up.
Chelsea is understandably upset but she’s out of order attacking Ian.

Oscar needs to leave them both alone really. Bad news all round and all that angst.

So the money is still at the house.

Jasmine was upset. It is a kick in the teeth at that age to be dumped not to mention because your boyfriend has been seeing your twin! It’s a rare event though.
I did read about someone who found his dad in bed with his girlfriend once though. Although I guess that has happened in EE too!
