the wood scenes have clearly stuck in my mind as I dreamed I was on Watford common last night 😩

I haven’t been enjoying much the episodes so far this week - too much of Ravi - but the scenes with Oscar help.

Max and Lauren will have very different ideas for the car lot. Might be funny seeing them clash

How is a mystery and they have beaten him up before as well.

Lauren may think she doesn't need Max but she is very naive and and unlikely to make good decisions. Only a few months ago she was stealing charity money to fund an internet scam to 'cure' Jimmy.

And Max has no job or home, so you would think Lauren realises he's bought the car lot for himself.

Anyone else noticed Mark only seems to have one facial expression?

Where did Max get the money for the car lot? Why do people on EE always seem to have unlimited cash stored away? Re Alfie going to Australia, Kat to Crete or Corfu etc.

Some on FB said this week that Oscar reminds them of Nick from My family.. and i think they nailed it xD

Not enough for a soap imo though. And those types of families are the east end, they're still around

@mumofoneAloneandwell we should include the Slaters though I think? Although they are only short of cash when it suits the plot, far too often the magic money tree turns up.

It's a shame none of the 'Jackson' actors want to be in the show at the moment, they were a great family. Maybe we'll get another as good but I am not holding my breath!

They could have new flats built nearby that are solely council/housing association and have all new cast members come from there - take it back to its roots 🤷‍♀️

So what if Priya starts in the car lot (even though they don’t get enough business to justify 3 people), she is tempted by Max because Ravi is going crazy. She ends up being the woman in Max’s bed at New Year which is why Ravi kidnaps Lauren and Oscar

The nod between Max and Mark in the new Year episode could indicate that they are both in it to get back at Ravi

Has anybody noticed the foreshadowing with train noises on Ravis’s scenes? It’s been multiple times. I don’t know if they would be brave enough to do a s**cide story

I hadn't noticed the train noises, but it could a foreshadowing of a death or incident on the tracks.

@Starandflowers that works really well from what we saw in the flashforward. It all fits doesn't it.

ravi being involved could explain why jack has the baby? Either penny or vinny get injured in it all?

Considering Lauren ripped off the charity for her poor son, since then nobody has seen this child at all and he must be crawling by now!
Max has overtaken Phil in the money bags stakes.
All he needs is a safe in the car lot to raid

Ravi was so good yesterday. He made the slightly ridiculous almost believable. You can tell his a trained theatre actor.

I agree Ravi was the best thing about those scenes. Priya is equally good but when you put Ravi up against Mark, Mark looks like a plank of wood.

I think this is a good shout 👀

Off topic but Jimmy is adorable😍 Adam Woodyat seems to be a natural with babies.

Brilliant acting by Ravi tonight! He is proper unravelling the poor guy 😔
