But it was such a weird scene as Easties says. "Sorry about Steven" - "never mind that, get your clothes off".

Yes there would surely have been a less contrived way of showing Linda catching Cindy & Max at it!

Josh is absolutely adorable, a great match for Oscar. Of course the shit will hit the fan when he finds out about Jasmine and all her works.

I liked the fact that Zoe did back off when confronted by Sandra, rather than having the usual knock down row in the street.

How did Zoe know MySon's name is Josh? did Jasmine mention it?

I too noticed Zoe suddenly knew her son was called Josh when no-one had told her that. Continuity error 🤨

I wondered how Zoe knew Josh’s name , but I admit that my attention tends to wander a bit at times and I suppose that jasmine may have told her , it appears she has been in touch with Jasmine on remand , so she may have found out then? Who knows!
I suppose that Oscar will go to the trial and see Josh and his mum rock up too .. they are sweet together, but it’s all doomed already isn’t it :(

How cool was Josh’s mum with Zoe today !
Such good acting, no wonder she backed right off.

Sandra, Josh's mum was fab! 'No, he's my son and as his mum I am asking you to go now' Hope she stays around for a while too.

Looks like Josh and Oscar will fall deeply in love and get married.

I am absolutely banking on Oscar and Josh still being together for the flashforward.💕

I liked Max taking Annie out for dinner. He is genuinely making an effort with her - for a change!

I can't think of how Zoe would know Josh's name. We only found out his name through his entry spoilers didn't we? Until that he was MySon to us!

I’m afraid I thought Josh’s acting was nearly as bad as Jasmine’s.

Its all gotten very Hollyoaks (derogatory)

Josh manages several different expressions so he's ahead of the Jasmine game, but he also has the advantage of being well written and he behaves like a human being. Whereas Jasmine was dead-eyed and expressionless so I felt like I was trying guess the motivations of a tailor's dummy.

I like Sandra a lot already. She can act, she seems level headed and they have a lovely bond. She also seems to have had a hard life and it wouid be good to have a normal working class person around.
( which all means they will probably ruin her character or she won’t hang around!)

I've just seen a spoiler that Nicola gives birth prematurely via cesarean section.

Suki just can’t be really nice can she. They have turned her character around into old Suki !

I was trying to work out how Zoe knew Josh’s name too.

Loved the scene where Josh was leaving to go home and said something like ‘unless you have another idea’ to Oscar who didn’t skip a beat in the background in picking up his jacket and following 😂

Yes! I said this to DH. The whole scene in The Albert was so Hollyoaks (and I haven't seen Hollyoaks since 1997!).

Does Josh work ? He always seems to be buying drinks. Once his mum discovers that Oscar was once in juvenile detention, she may not be too happy about their new relationship! He may have to keep that quiet.
