i'm finally getting to see some of the luge relay.

Luge relay is fun.

It is, isn't it (even more so when your country wins gold 😀), I don't think I've ever seen it before.

All the more poignant when it’s the last Olympics for a couple of them.

Yes, true, they'll be so chuffed.
I still remember the glory days of the Hackls Schorsch (Georg Hackl to non-Bavarians). When he won his first gold Olympic medal the German TV reporter asked him to tell him how he feels about this win, clearly hoping for some emoting, and he answered something (in the strongest dialect possible) like "I went up to the start, drove down, won". Not a man of many words.

I’ve missed the luge relay will watch that later. Am back to curling now.

Will watch snowboard cross later. I love that.

This half pipe snowboard is better than the previous contest I saw. More interesting jumps.

Seems to be a lot of falls in the half pipe. However, some good jumps.

The commentary is hilarious.

The women's curling is not exactly high scoring- very cat and mouse.

I joined when it was 2-0 in the 4th or 5th end. It has at least got slightly better.

I enjoyed the luge relay.

The snowboarders are falling all over the place! Getting up unhurt and with big smiles though. Good on them but at this rate, anyone who managed to stay upright will be on the podium.

So much falling over!

I am watching the short track skating, plenty of falls there too

So many falls. I am hoping the men all land their runs tomorrow.

There must be a lot of pressure on this team, after the last Olympics , and the women winning gold. I don't think they are likely to come close this time. I really wish Jen had won something in the mixed.
