Welcome to Thread 6 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

The story so far:

Traitors
Hugo
Rachel
Stephen
Fiona (Secret Traitor)

Murdered
Netty
Ben
Maz
Reece

Banished
Judy (Faithful)
Hugo (Traitor)
Ross (Faithful)
Amanda (Faithful)
Fiona (Traitor)

No murder cliffhanger after episode 6, but Matthew (aka Interchangeable Male #3) has taken an interesting approach. We wait to see what cunning questions Harriet can come up with.

The floor is yours…

This time it’s personal! Traitors 2026 | Thread 5 | Spoiler Free! | Mumsnet

Fiona has the energy of a MN mother in law who creates drama over Christmas every year

YES! Sickly sweet for those dumb enough to believe the facade

IVotedForYourself · 14/01/2026 13:54

Just caught up with this thread finally!

My favourites are Jade and Sam.

I agree; she was enjoying herself and playing with relish. People are being quite vicious about her on here. I for one am willing to take her fellow contestants’ word for what she’s like, and many of them seemed to feel very warmly towards her.

Agreed. Madness how people are still aerated by Fiona, she went days ago. At least we can all move on tonight ;)

stillnoideawhatimdoing · 14/01/2026 14:00

Nothing quite spoils your Thursday like realising it is in fact Wednesday!

Been looking forward to my afternoon run all day (a rarity, usually it's a necessary evil) as I thought I'd prop the laptop up and get my traitors dose whilst on the treadmill.

Gutted.

I think its because a lot of women KNOW a Ffiona in their own personal lives and seeing her behaviour on screen has been quite triggering for them (myself included) that sickly sweet voice, that childish giggle (Dolores Umbridge) the sweet old lady wouldnt hurt a fly, but then seeing what she is actually like. I believe that she really was fully convinced that Rachel was lying, and her own sense of self importance got the better of her. A somewhat narcissistic display of rage errupted, and I believe Rachel was so quick to tell the others what Ffiona had done because she was in disbelief

Daytimetellyqueen · 14/01/2026 14:13

I agree @Suspiciousminds2

NewAgeNewMe · 14/01/2026 14:15

Gutted. It’s football tonight and dh will hog the tv. What do I do retreat with my iPad or wait till after the football? An afternoon nap maybe in order!!!

Daytimetellyqueen · 14/01/2026 14:13

I agree @Suspiciousminds2

I also think many of us were expecting to see a different woman on Uncloaked. That's happened so many times, when they're out of the insane environment of the game, they're able to be themselves. Instead Fiona doubled down and showed no self reflection.

Exactly, I was willing her to save her own skin and show a little bit of humility!

Same here. I’ll probably watch later.

I'm watching the football.

Just be careful because last week I accidentally glimpsed a spoiler pop up on my phone.

Depends if you mind or not.

Surely you can watch on laptop or somewhere?

stillnoideawhatimdoing · 14/01/2026 14:28

@NewAgeNewMe send DH to another room with the laptop and settle down with popcorn to watch Traitors?

Maybe a Peroni or two with the popcorn..

Daytimetellyqueen · 14/01/2026 14:36

I watch with my 18 year old son & he’s definitely watching the football, so I’ll watch later (it’s about the only thing we watch together, so I’m fine to wait).

My ds and I don’t watch it together, but it’s really nice to chat to him about it.

It’s so nice as we talk about it at other times too. The secret traitor was great for conversation & to be fair, he named Fiona straight away, so was very smug when she was the reveal!

This & Race Across the World are our 2 faves & gives us things in common to talk about (as everything else is football / sport dominated that I’m not interested in!)

NewAgeNewMe · 14/01/2026 14:53

Think we’ve negotiated. Watch some football. Then traitors at half time. If football is rubbish, aka they are playing badly, will carry on with traitors. I’m happy with compromise.

Definitely agree with this. I said upthread that I'm not surprised in the slightest that Fiona works in local government, I do too and I recognize her in some of the women I work with. I actually had a run in with one of them yesterday and all I could think of was Fiona 😂

We are a football traitors household here too and will be catching up on the latter later. I love the football so not bothered about catching up on traitors a bit later, I'll just stay away from my phone!

ChinFluff46 · 14/01/2026 16:12

Can we move on from Fiona after tonight's episode please? 😂

i hope so. you would think she was drowning kittens.

helplessbanana · 14/01/2026 16:25

It's 'Can you keep a secret?' straight after uncloaked tonight, I enjoyed that last week.

@CaveMum Do you think we're going to need a new thread at some point later today? Maybe it can be called 'Cat Among the Chickens'. 😂😂

WonderfulSmith · 14/01/2026 16:26

If my DH wanted to watch the football (I don’t even know what football is on) after dying of the shock I would watch it on my tablet in bed!

Chelsea v Arsenal. Carabou Cup SF first leg.

NewAgeNewMe · 14/01/2026 16:40

Exactly! Big game. Half family arsenal. Half Chelsea. Makes for interesting Sunday lunch 🤣
