They are back. I was dubious at watching s1 of this as she’s always annoyed me grinning madly like a Cheshire Cat with massive teeth

but I admit I was wrong

she came across as a lovely person and mum

I really enjoyed watching their lives tho Joe can be an immature knob at times esp if she is working and wants him home (rem the fishing trip)

shame they never seen to mention /show Joe’s eldest - not sure if that’s his decision or they are just showing the younger 5

either way nice to see inside pickle cottage

and Dave was lovely. We all need a Dave

I was one of the outliers who liked Joe last series 😂

I'm jealous of how close their whole family is

And I would love to have that relationship with the child's dad even though you're not together.

I loved the way Stacey said "Ring your dad now so you don't forget, you're full of good intentions but then you forget." She said it so calmly.

And then I had to laugh even Stacey wanted him to say
It would be lovely if Nikki could come (or whatever her words were) and the son was just like 'oh mum 🙄') 😂

I love the way they get on with each other tho not together

They do come across as a lovely family however most of it is fake. You just need to look at their instagram pages to see it.

Re. The train ride to switzerland. Stacey posted saying they had missed their connecting train from paris to Switzerland so had to spend valentines day in paris, while daddy dave posted a photo at the same time of them all in switzerland.
This has happened a lot. Stacey will post something and her dad will contradict her with his posts.

Just checked and can’t see that’s the case. Dave’s photos are all from the 18 Feb onwards. They only missed a day by missing the train so everyone would have been there from 15 Feb onwards.

I didn't really believe all the 'we're going by train because flights are just so expensive' though. I dont think they're exactly counting the pennies, with all their TV work and Stacey's businesses. And if money was an issue, they could have skiid somewhere cheaper than Switzerland and flown. I bet they didn't do the return journey by train.

I thought the holiday looked great though, their kids are very lucky to have such a lovely life, surrounded by extended family.

The photos were definitely there back in February, unless they were just on his stories which wont show up now. If I remember correctly it was him and the younger kids having breakfast.

Have watched a few episodes this series so far . Like others I caught the end of an episode the previous season and against my better judgement I really enjoyed it . I do appreciate that there will be lots of editing but it doesn’t seem as “fake “ as other reality programmes and there does seem to be a lot of love within a very blended family .
Those that have queried both Joe’s eldest and Stacey’s mum not being in it . I remember reading that neither of them ( perhaps the mother for the son ) had wanted them to be in it . Obviously they have to respect this for filming but it does seem a bit strange when they are not really mentioned . I hadn’t realised that Dave had been married twice and I don’t think we see his second wife in it much , but I suppose that would make sense as she wouldn’t have such a hands on role with his grand kids and may have her own .

I also didn't realise Dave had remarried after Stacey's mum.

I have just watched last nights and it makes me smile most of the time. I do wonder how much of their life is like this, all happy times with the kids being good or is it pick and choose for the camera.
I know they have plenty of money but they do seem to spend it quite freely, do they pay for everybody and everything on holiday. I would if I had it but some of it seems quite extravagant or maybe just me.

The kids are sweet

I’m so pleased this is back. Stacey is fabulous. I really admire how she’s raising her kids in such a down to earth way- the way they’re expected to help out setting the table and clearing their plates etc. They really don’t seem to have any airs or graces, just nice people who’ve made good.

Not seen it yet, but I did see when she posted on Instagram about Teddy. Poor doggo :(

I'm exhausted just watching her. I never had time to do all those things with only 2 kids.
I couldn't cope with all those huge gathering of people though.
