The Big Bang theory- I hate it!!

MBB is the obvious one but despite my best efforts I really can’t find Friday Night Dinner funny at all, and I love Tamsin Greig. Just doesn’t do anything for me.

It's hard to say, because humour is so subjective. I am left cold by comedies that have others rolling in the aisles.

But Mrs Brown's Boys, definitely.

Dawn French's standup on Netflix. It started with "good evening ladies and jellyfish" which was a joke at my school's Christmas play when I was 8 (and didn't raise a laugh then either), and it went downhill from there.

Another vote for Mrs Brown’s Boys , excruciating.

Mrs Brown’s Boys is very, very bad. It’s easily the worst ‘comedy’ of recent years.

But for all time I’d have to give it to My Family. Fuck that was terrible. God knows why it got such good ratings.

I might get flamed but I quite enjoy it. At least the first couple of seasons. My parents used to put it on in the pub at the end of the night whilst I was working and loads of the customers clearly enjoyed it as they all sat there to watch it.

it is what it is, and if you can overlook that, it’s just a bit of a laugh - don’t think too deeply.

Unfortunately it transpired that pale, stale middle class, middle aged men were actually very funny, talented, and particularly gifted at writing and delivering clever political satire who knew!!!!

I think some places use a loose definition of the term “comedy”, so I’d have to go with A Man Called Otto, which wasn’t funny one bit yet is defined as a comedy…

In terms of shows, I agree with a pp who said Friday Night Dinner. Just couldn’t get into it.

The only thing ‘funny’ about ‘My Family ‘ was how unfunny it was. Dreadful programme
