No - can't watch any of it.

The sound quality is generally pretty rubbish and I get annoyed at all those people waving flags and sitting up on some bloke's shoulders blocking the view of how many people behind them. If I ever went I'd be taking a big pile of elastic bands to shoot at their boney arses.

Used to love going to big stadium concerts years back but not a festival person no matter how tempted I might be by any particular act.

Saw Rod live about 13 years ago, voice was much weaker, but what a legend! He has so much charisma live, and it was a fantastic show. No matter that he couldn’t hit all the notes, had the audience in the palm of his hand, we sang every word of every classic.

He’s class.

Actually I think there might have been a few technical issues, as the backing singers weren't coming through at all. It has just immensely improved - they've turned the voice enhancer on . . .

Oh Rod...

I just watched a bit. Lola Young surprisingly made me quite emotional, thought she was brilliant.
Love Alanis but not as keen on the very rhythmic up tempo performances she does these days , I love her best of all when she does an acoustic set but gosh she has energy. Bit Sean Connery on the vocals, I don’t remember her always singing this way?

i’ve switched over to the live pyramid stage where Noah Kahan’s singing - he’s happy and humble and his voice sounds great!

@Countrylife2002 I sat on the hill and watched Radiohead on the Pyramid stage in 97. I wonder if they've changed the location of the stage and now you can't see it from televised angles. We both definitely did not invent a hill!

Noah Kahan brining out Laufey is my highlight of the weekend. Going to see her in Birmingham on Tuesday with DD who loves her.

I didn’t think Rod sounded that bad. I don’t rate him as a singer, but at least his voice sounds the same as always.

I really am ancient! Laufey is an Icelandic jazz singer. She’s pretty fabulous. Not true jazz but she has that feel.
