I like how he is channelling our own dear Queen, (RIP, not the new one) who always wore bright outfits so she could be seen in a crowd.

I've really enjoyed Rod - words I never expected to be saying! He's been great, second only to Pulp in my opinion.

To be honest I wouldn't have classed myself as a big Rod Stewart fan but I've thoroughly enjoyed watching him. I guess it helps that I'm old and have been brought up with a lot of his songs (my dad is a fan).

Rod was better than I thought...although Tonight's the night hasn't aged well! His band and singers were terrific.

The backing singers are amazing (Rod Stewart). Does anyone know who they are?

Also like the Celtic music band earlier.

Me too, found it quite emotional actually. Especially after all the horrid division, politics and death threats of yesterday. This is what a music festival is supposed to be about, having fun and bringing pp together.

Looking forward to disco fun with Mike Rodgers and Chic at 6!

I remember him being really awful at one of the fairly recent Royal events, but he was totally on it today.

Agree, I much prefer musicians who want to entertain and spread joy rather than create controversy and preach about their views.

I really enjoyed Rod. It did seem bittersweet as if he knew it might be his last Glasto.

😃Did Jarvis always have those primary school Y6 teacher vibes? I remember him as slightly cooler. Common people still has it though.

Loved RAYE with her big bad ass band and flashy dress, she was having so much fun. Bit sad though, I found my self thinking of poor Amy Winehouse, and how she could have developed into a jazzy singer, enjoying being cool but also thrilling audiences with that amazing voice and a back up band to match.

Poor Gary Numan, he really has turned into a not very good Alice Cooper tribute band, could imagine him on a line up in a Butlins adult weekend.

I love Rod and thought his voice held up really well, have seen him and The Fces many times over the years, so was lovely to see Ronnie on stage too, thoight his whole band and singers were great, even enjoyed Mick and Lulu.
Also enjoyed The Scissor Sisters, Pulp and Lewis Capaldi.

If you haven't seen it, the Myles Smith set on Friday was really good too and he comes across a such a lovely man.

I just popped out for some wine, wow it's hot isn't it? The crowd must be boiling!

I saw some of the clips, he looked so happy to be there. Something so joyous about watching new artists fulfil their wildest dreams.
