Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

It’s been surreal for ages hasn’t it eastie !
I agree.

the80sweregreat · 02/06/2025 07:26

So, this week it’s all about Lauren and Peter.
.. I always say I won’t bother watching , but I always do
lol
They have all done well at the tv soap awards, but it’s not on tv until Thursday apparently

Southeastdweller · 02/06/2025 08:15

I enjoyed today’s episode. Michelle Collins is sometimes a bit off but she was really good in her scene with Peter.

Now Ian’s suddenly in Australia with Sharon and Michelle!

JessyCarr · 02/06/2025 13:38

I feel a bit annoyed that Peter and Lauren’s relationship is going to fall apart as a result of Jimmy’s diagnosis. I’d have liked to see them grow together as a real partnership facing this unexpected challenge. Peter really stepping up at a tough time would have made him a lot more interesting.

the80sweregreat · 02/06/2025 13:47

Yeah, I bet Sharon Albie and Michelle are having a ball over in Oz! Lol
Pe ta is doing my head in ( as they say on EE )
Another idiot

the80sweregreat · 02/06/2025 14:12

Oh god! Lauren and Zack . Not a good idea and she’s only just post partum too ..
Whete does she get the energy ?

Shellingbynight · 02/06/2025 21:40

I quite like the idea of Lauren and Zack as a couple, but not when she's about 3 weeks post partum!

She is much better suited to Zack though than to Pe ta.

gingercat02 · 02/06/2025 21:52

We are binging The Power of Parker. Nish is a comedy copper in episode 4

Zack is her FIL (to Be) ex wifes half brother .
I know they like to Keep In In The Family in the Square .
Maybe they think this is enough removed Grin

NowNumber5 · 02/06/2025 22:08

I was just thinking how much they like to keep it in the faahm-lee on the Square @70isaLimitNotaTarget 😂
Lauren and Zack was always hinted at, Peat-ah is a plonker.

Viewer23 · 03/06/2025 06:33

Watching Peter’s emotional abuse of Lauren is so difficult - it would be nice if for once Eastenders had no storylines involving toxic couple dynamics!

the80sweregreat · 03/06/2025 06:54

Lauren shouldn’t have gone back with him. They were never that happy before let alone now.
Zack is another mess , probably best she leaves him alone too, but she probably won’t!

Shellingbynight · 03/06/2025 07:54

Lauren seemed to go back to Pe Ta because it was easiest. She has never loved him. He idolises her when he isn't with her but when they are together it's constantly uneasy. She is much better matched with Zack, but they are both a mess!

milesmachine · 03/06/2025 08:02

Wow, just seen yesterday’s. So Lauren is just over 2 weeks PP? Probably still bleeding from giving birth, breastfeeding so sore nipples-I don’t think I wanted to be touched for months afterwards, let alone hopping into bed with someone just off the back of a natural birth with no pain relief (from what I remember?)!

Well done Eastenders 👏🏻, another realistic storyline

Shellingbynight · 03/06/2025 08:22

I just googled and Jimmy was born on 7 May, so it's actually 4 weeks. But still. I know that once you see a couple kiss it usually = shagging, but I am hoping that isn't the case this time!

Southeastdweller · 03/06/2025 08:50

I've just read that James Bye and his wife have sold their "forever home" and now live in a caravan, with their four kids.

OP posts:
Shellingbynight · 03/06/2025 08:58

That's the sad face headline, but they are living in a caravan while they build their own home in the field (very Grand Designs!)

the80sweregreat · 03/06/2025 10:27

Good for them and it will be a challenge, but whenever I see the sentence ‘ forever home’ it makes me cringe.

Must be nice having one built to spec though!

the80sweregreat · 03/06/2025 13:03

Oh my good lord! Pe tah the plank wants custody of his boys because stressed out Lauren asked for a drink ..
Next week Elaine finds out George sloped off to see his ex Sabrina .. At Christmas time .. who is she again ? Juniors mum ? I don’t remember her being mentioned before now ? Might not have paid attention though!
Felix was funny today with his cardboard coffin and the fight was good .. rest was meh
( the private hospital looked rougher than the NHS one they usually go to as well lol)

NowNumber5 · 03/06/2025 15:33

Crikey, Peat-ah is definitely a chip off the old block isn't he!

Southeastdweller · 03/06/2025 15:34

It's Kat and Alfie's wedding next week (yawn).

OP posts:
NowNumber5 · 03/06/2025 15:37

Oh in that case, I might be busy next week, watching paint dry...

the80sweregreat · 03/06/2025 16:40

The wedding is going to be a bit of a disaster apparently, but then she is marrying the man who always messes up.
Fancy Kat wanting ‘ divorce money ‘from Phil Mitchell’s trusty safe when they were married for a few months or something! His going soft and he paid up.
It’s not on next Monday due to football 🥱
On Friday instead ( 13th)!

the80sweregreat · 03/06/2025 16:47

I love the business deals on EE. Hardly ever involve a lawyer these days and all with one piece of paper.
At least Phil had the dependable Ritchie or the other man to do his dodgy dealings /business deals etc.
This limo guy just had the ‘ bunny ‘ chat.
