Is there a celebrity traitors thread yet?

Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

Has anyone seen the New Zealand one? It was HILARIOUS. They all knew each other and by the third episode it showed, the voiceover at the start said 12 (or whatever) strangers stay in a castle.... but they clearly weren't strangers.

It was good but not as good as Australia season 2. Epic!

I saw Stephen Fry at the filming of celeb mastermind and he was whipping through the questions, part way through he just slowed himself down so he wasn’t too far ahead. It was fascinating to watch.
I know that’s not a particular bar for intelligence but he just knew a lot of stuff.

He presented QI for years, I assume you’d learn quite a lot being involved in that show!

Why do people assume Stephen Fry is particularly smart? He isn't an actual expert in anything. He doesn't have a PhD and his work experience is in show business. He probably reads a fair bit and has an upper middle class background and posh voice to go with it. He also has a professorial manner. But those things don't actually equal intelligence.

You don’t get a scholarship to Cambridge because you’re thick 🙄

Is he not? He was on the list I read in the first article I saw about celebrity traitors. He is the main reason we thought we would watch.

Did anyone see last one laughing? I wonder if that was what got people talking about Bob and Daisy Cooper as potential contestants? Although Nick Mohammed also made an appearance and is in C/Traitors.

Just listened to TRIE and Richard Osman said the full line up is being announced TODAY (Tuesday 13 May).

It will be released this afternoon as the show has now been filmed and everyone is back to their day jobs. He also said he saw several of the production team at the BAFTAs on Sunday and whilst they were very tight lipped, they were clearly happy with what had happened.

There’s no one new on that line up that hasn’t previously been announced or have I lost it? Richard Osman has implied twice on his podcast that the list that came out wasn’t complete
