Is there a celebrity traitors thread yet?

Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

Apologies I didn’t mean to offend anyone with the idea of a new thread! I just thought that as this thread started months ago as a speculative thread people might look at the first few pages and not realise that there was discussion about the series once it starts.

Plus, seeing as the last few weeks of this thread has pretty much been me and @CarefulN0w just chatting to each other I didn’t think other people were following it any more 🤣🤣🤣

The idea behind pointing out that it’s a TV pace thread is so that anyone who is yet to catch up on the latest episode knows for sure they will see spoilers. Some people get very funny about seeing what they perceive to be “spoilers”, just look at those who complain on a Wednesday morning about people discussing who got kicked off Bake Off the night before.

Anyway, if people think it’s a bad idea I’ll ask for the other thread to be deleted.

I’m happy for people to post where they like. I’ll enjoy - and join - the discussion, wherever it is.

Will be avoiding threads as away for the next few days. Unfortunately no iPlayer where I’m going 😢

It does become annoying when there are multiple threads (just look at the strictly ones) I got spoilered on those by accident because someone had posted who was through on the normal chat one,not the results thread and this is what will happen with multiple threads on traitors

I am so looking forward to this. Never thought I'd see Mark doing something as himself. Trying to guess who the traitors might be. Surely Jonathan Ross has to be one.

JR is someone who I’m hoping will be interesting - because he has interviewed so many people. I always think he holds back on the Masked Singer and must actually know all the acts.

Im really excited. will be interesting to see what Lucy Beaumont is like . she normally acts like she isn't clever. but bet she is really.

Nick seems like a lovely fella. Always gives off quiet, humble vibes and so would probably make a great Traitor.

Wonder if they'll make Claire Balding one too. I can definitely see her joyfully murdering a few of the cast.

He’s also wickedly funny, as is Joe.

I used to know Claire’s mum quite well through work but haven’t seen her for a while to try and get info out of her!

If they make Stephen Fry a traitor I shall flounce off.

Clare Balding, however, would make me happy.

Just joining in here too - ridiculously excited for this and laughing at the people who’ve taken the trouble to post that they won’t be watching.

Although TBF I can’t post and watch at the same time, I’ll come on after the episodes have aired and you’ve probably already discussed what I want to talk about.

I'm hoping that they don't make him one, but everyone thinks he is. So then they banish him in the first round.

I suspect, as with previous series, those perceived as “smart” will be among the first to go - that’ll be Stephen, Clare and David in the immediate firing line.

Another wanting CB as a traitor. I reckon she'll be all jolly hockey sticks by day and then use it to bash them in by night. Bit like Amanda in series 1.
