What will be the themes this year? Banquettets aplenty? Grumpy contestants coming on to the thread to tell us off for not being kind? Hideous colour combinations?

Rita’s is a bit meh - that curvy desk looks uncomfortable to work in

The first thing I said was, "where's the tea station?". You need a cuppa when you're working. I'm surprised more folk didn't put one in and as PP it shows who has worked in an office before. I'm off to Google Holly's perspex screening. I loved that.

I thought most of them were pretty good. I think Holly's was the best since it would actually be a bit of an opportunity to paint where you liked, but the styling and design was there was there. Not sure the plastic screens would last though. I quite like John's and Ayeshas too, even though I wasn't keen initially.

As mentioned upthread, you just need a rusty corrugated iron towel rail as seen in Rita's design last week. Instant tan each morning...

Well I completely forgot today was Thursday so I'm late but I think Bradley had a very lucky escape there

🤣 You would have to leave very obvious goggle marks and waffle your hair a lot for the full effect though.

Having just built a polycarbonate greenhouse, I think the sheets maybe that. The ‘stripe’ in it is the same, though of course the greenhouse is clear, not coloured.

Still adrift with names but the winning office deserved it for the sink and tea service alone but to top that it was a really good area.

Isn't it now twice that teacher has gone a bit large? Or am I just not liking him. Second is popular. I'm not keen on the men this year and Bradley definitely dodged a bullet. To completely fail at sustainability and not know that MDF is not sustainable - given this was advance information, they knew the brief - is pretty unforgiveable. To top that his design was meh.

Unless Rita loses her mind I can see her in the final. She has imagination and seems to be able to fit the brief to her style which is not always easy. I'd love to have done today's task because I find shipping containers fascinating and I have two very different pieces of furniture that I've have used in there and it would have been a room for sewing and design. I'd probably not have gone for a sink and therefore not come first but they'd have loved it and I wouldn't be on the sofa!

Liked most of the designs this week, agreed with the winner, as said a kettle is an absolute must. Disappointed with lack of water coolers from them all.

Thought the scouse lad should have gone home. MdF should have been a bigger issue on eco week than a Bristol theme (arrrrgh if she’d just said the theme was Bristol innovations and not this and this and this).

Also thought big rough table should have been on the sofa, daft use of space.

Like last week I did feel there were lots of fire hazards, especially in the lighting.

I think Emma went because she didn’t learn from the feedback from the previous week. If Bradley makes the same mistakes he will be gone next week

i liked Rita’s hostel room but I thought this week it was a bit meh

i don’t like the DT teachers style and didn’t think last week or this weeks were very good
