Lauren was looking after Julia. When they came back they said that she hadn’t heard a peep from the baby.

Missed the part with Lauren having the baby !

I think I noticed it because it was so unusual that we’re told who is looking after a child!

I wish Linda and Elaine etc would come back into it. I’m bored with it atm.

I’m also bored with Sonia and Lily etc.
Once the Vic is open again things might look up then as somewhere for the others to go to.
the nightclub and The Albert isn’t as good for the locals to gather. I did read May for it to open up , but no real idea.
Be nice to see Elaine and George back behind the bar.

I believe the dreaded Sonia leaves this week, thankfully.

Kim and Mo are looking ridiculous.

Sonia is a self-righteous shrew, Avani and Lily are an obnoxious pair and Harvey is an idiot. Are he and Jean a couple still, having sex? Hard to imagine. Bianca desperately needs some help, why is no one taking her trauma seriously? Fed up with them all banging on about Martin. Is newcomer man really called Cant? Risky.

Who was the bloke who turned up tonight please? Were away and I was half watching!

He said he was Terry Cant, Sonia's dad I think.

Martin was a miserable so and so most of the time.
I’ll be glad when his as forgotten about as the many others who have died over the years!

Yes he's Sonia's dad. And presumably he is her exit. (Brian Conley did a much better job than this bloke in a weird jacket!)

Not much happened tonight, lots of going round in circles with Lily acting out, Jean being mardy, Harvey being stupid.

Bianca really does need several months of therapy.

I liked how Bex stepped up for Lily. Really hate the way they were saying how they want to keep their brother in their lives. A boy they only found out about like 2 minutes ago 🙄

The Bex actress is quite good actually. She doesn't speak with a cockney accent either, which is a nice change from the other Enders.

I find it so weird that after Kim’s experience of PTSD, she would treat Bianca the way she does and not have some empathy. The writing seems really off.

Kim has become a caricature and her clothes belong on a pantomime dame. In fact she would make a great Widow Twanky.

All these long lost fathers making brief appearances !
Stupid Sonia was convinced Brian Conley's character, Tom Rocky Cotton was her father, David Wicks made a brief appearance recently, and there was Steve Mitchell, the actor is a real Eastender.
A previous poster mentioned Martin was boring, no, Billy Mitchell would bore eye sockets in a wooden horse ! That character, if you can call him that, should shuffle off into the sunset, at least Martin was easy on the eye.

Poor Billy ! Though have you watched him in earlier Eastenders - round the time he married Little Mo and there was a mix up with the bridesmaid shoes and he handed up with Pepto Bismol on his suit.
He was a looker back then I tell ya !

They’ve turned Kim into an awful character I agree and Kat would surely be having words with little mo

I laughed at Winston getting his sandwich free when the bacon was essentially charcoal

Kim IS a caricature though, so it seems completely in character to me 🤷‍♀️

I thought Bex was good with Lily.

I wonder if Stacey is going to stay in bed for six months.

Terry is shifty looking and I hope there’s a twist to this story in that he takes Sonia to Bali as a con or even murders her. Maybe that’s wishful thinking, though.
