Can you recommend me a comedy series?

My DH works in the evenings and I'm trying to get out of the habit of scrolling through my phone to pass the time!

Can anyone recommend any funny series I can get stuck into?

I haven’t found much British tv recently that made me laugh out loud or feel happy. However, I have binge watched the American series Modern Family twice and it still makes me laugh. It’s on Disney but sometimes on one of the freeview channels too or maybe Sky.

Afterlife. Bloody brilliant

I recognise aspects of my own dad in Jay, the paterfamilias of the ( Modern) family.

OP, I've watched everything bar the first and third one on your list and I'm really enjoying Brooklyn 99, some same writers from the Office/Parks. Peep Show is a classic too
