Kirstie nails it in her summary of the house. Selfish husband has taken over the house for his wants and left his wife with doing her hobby, studying and family meals on the dining table in the kitchen, while he has a study, gym room and massive garage. No wonder he wants to stay.

And what the hell have they done to that garden, it's horrendous! No privacy and a gravel monstrosity. I imagine it'd put off a lot of buyers.

Can't believe how much space the husband has. Although there is plenty id room for the wife to have her own space. He just need to give some up.

Very selfish of this husband to have all this space to himself. I reckon they can do a good reconfiguration but the garden is horrendously overlooked and no greenery. I wonder why they didn't plant trees for a bit of privacy.

Didn't realise it was 4 beds. There doesn't seem to be to be any kids. So I can't see the problem. (Apart from the husband)

The husband needs to move his gym into the garage. That will free up one room.

They can open the door to the downstairs WC via the coat cupboard. Then it wouldn't be accessed via the utility room.

The woman has crazy arched eyebrows and needs her roots done imho. But I think she is being unreasonable to want to move. She just needs more space taken from her husband and a few walls knocked through!

This house is huge, but hardly rural! It's just on another estate like the one they already live on ffs.

Lovely house but you'd have to drive everywhere, not necessarily ideal as you get older. I'd go there for a holiday but wouldn't want to live there, just not practical.

I can empathise with him. I'm a city girl through and through and would not want to see animals in a field as my view tbh!
