The location close to the sea is lovely, but the whole top floor for the wife's business is just bonkers imho.

I think they sound like a couple who are very averse to any major improvements and that's why they've been struggling along with only one bathroom and one loo!

She’s a sour face. So nice house with a big garden, much bigger kitchen, more loos. But she doesn’t like it as there’s too much compromise. That house is so much nicer than theirs!

Agree the kitchen in the other Victorian was a little too black but it’s a few cosmetic changes.

She doesn’t want to leave her house and he is under the thumb. Imagine letting her have all that room for storage!
