That third house was lovely. But….they said that the only place at the end of the road was a farm and it looked like a barn next to the garden there. Lots of noise and smell.

No, they are always clear that the houses they are looking at are just to give them an idea what their money could buy. Often they will take ideas from houses they have viewed and incorporate them into their renovation.
If they start talking about specifics of the houses they view it’s because everyone is so used to the Location location Location format.
