Dee is ' the voice of reason ' at times which is why I like her, but I agree she can be annoying too!

and consciously giving away his wealth
there is a type of dementia associated with alcoholism, I don't know if it still happens if a person stops drinking, but I wonder if that's what is going on

A sign of suicidal intention in someone is them giving away their possessions and assets, it's absolutely a sign of depression. Anger can be too.

I don't think the story writers would have 2 people with dementia at the same time, both Phil and Nigel? No I think it must be something else going on with Phil.

Denise (whom I usually like) is being mean flirting with Jack whilst she's getting it on with Mr Get Your Shirt Off.

I think Phil is having a psychotic episode, caused by his depression and loneliness. He's obviously hallucinating and talking to someone he imagines is there at the end.

I have a friend that has them, she thinks the whole world is against her and then hears voices telling her this.

Ravi's dismissive attitude towards Dee's problem with the salon wiring was typical though ! Most people don't really want to help unless it suits them most of the time.

Dee must have suspicions about Ravi's business dealings. The presence of Nicola is the biggest red flag of all. She needs to watch her boundaries. Jack is rubbish but at least he's a copper (albeit a shady one!).

Apart from holding Barney over the railway bridge that time because a mix up with his daughter and thinking that he was her abusive boyfriend , what else has Nicola got on Ravi?
Or he is secretly happy about earning more money this way despite Nicola's very abrasive behavior and her ' I own you ' mentality?
I don't really understand why she has such a hold over him and a total nightmare to ' work ' with. Unless I'm missing something!
