@Victoriawould24 I already felt there was something odd with Ross. I couldn't see who he really was. I don't know how much his hearing impairment affects what he's hearing, how much he misses if he's not facing someone etc. I wonder if it feeds into his frustration.

( I'm not excusing him throwing things. The difference with Ross is that he doesn't deny or downplay any of his bad behaviour. Abusive people usually do! He seems to accept it all. I hope there's room for him to sort himself out).

@Mill3nnial I agree ref Nafe. I imagine intellectually he is not as dim as he seems. His vacant expressions are hilarious but it doesn't mean there isn't alot going on behind that veneer. I hope he has some good luck with Lace. I see her not sticking around in search of the bright lights.

Yep. If he's guilty of aggressive behaviour, the ixperts are guilty of coercive control which is in some ways more dangerous.

Luke and Amy seem to deserve one another really. He is cringe but occasionally hits the nail on the head with his random comments about Amy. It is hard to read any expression on her stiff, overdone face. She was pretty nasty when her pals were there too so I've gone off her.
Why are they still pretending to make a go of it? To milk their 5 minutes of 'fame' in the media spotlight I suppose but where do they think this will lead - their own show? ! I'd pay not to watch that!

There must be a lot of pressure from the producers for couples to stay or for the last week there would only have been Nafe and Lacey left. The other couples wouldn’t get on even if they were the only people on desert islands.

I love this thread more than MFAS. I find watching AND trying to follow the thread at the same time exhausting, I just don't have the brain capacity these days. Also, and more upsettingly as a woman, can no longer multitask, so it's one over the other - I try to watch live and read the thread later. That said, I ended up watching last night's twice - once live, then +1 and again this morning. I'm still not entirely sure what happened 🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway, and to repeat - I love the threads. They make me laugh out loud many times over, far more so than the show which mostly makes me stabby. Thank y'all 😘 💐

Edited to add I'm another who always thought there was something off with Ross. I then decided I was being cruel and it's probably just he takes a while to process things given his hearing impairment. However, reading a few of the most recent comments, it seems I'm not the only one. I feel a bit better now.

The quality of insight, conversation and entertainment on these threads outstrips that on the show by a factor of a billion at least.

When Ross and Sacha had the romantic date after the ice skating, all I could focus on was the 4 dead/dying roses in the bud vase on the table...... I notice things like that so surely someone else could of changed them....anyway.....

Lacey and Nafe, nope dont get these 2, just something not quite right, its like a couple of 14 year olds playing about.

It's hard work! DP has occasionally caught me re watching, and pointed out that I'd seen it and that's why he went to bed. I pointed out that watching, reading and typing at the same time was a level of multi tasking that he couldn't begin to comprehend and sometimes a recap was needed.

Oh, and anyone can see what Sacha has in letters on her necklace?
