That was also my assumption (that it was someone from Nicole's past her Mam maybe) but I also had a niggling it at the back of my mind was saying but it could be Jan. Looking at the still it must have been the hair/hairline forehead that put me in mind of her not the nose.

I don’t watch trailers or at end of programme as they show the best bits /spoilers of shows - so I haven’t ready any of the replies and just posted 😛😛😛

Although I don’t class trailers as being spoilers that can’t be talked about, I will not watch the actual trailer.

So I’m happy to read other people’s comments and join in but I will not go and search for the trailer…..I want some surprise left in the world of Casualty 🤣

So no explanation as to why Nicole was such a cow to Ngozi

I briefly thought it was Jan in the body bag as well, so can see how you thought it. it's so quick in the trailer that you just see the blonde hair really. Ngozi isn't so nice now that she's drinking. Total addict behaviour of lying, turning on people. It's only going to get worse before it gets better.

There's some sort of nasty breathing thing going around as well. Is my guess not a spoiler. We saw some tonight and in a fortnight the call for ambulances is threatening to take up the whole of the screen they work on.

So which doctor will end up sleeping with the new pharmacist then?

I know Ian's antics are ridiculous but I do love it when it's focussed on the paramedics.

I thought they were setting her up for Rash.

Or Flynn, the way she interacted with the girls.

Also Rash was so sweet doing that for the CF couple. He deserves a bit of his own love.

It's Casualty. She'll probably end up with both if them.

Iain was made for HART. Or HEMS like Dixie, I'm always surprised he didn't follow her there. I know we don't have the budget for a helicopter every episode but a Dixie Iain helicopter team spinoff would have been so good. Clearly Iain is a bit self-destructive and a bit self-sacrificing, it probably isn't best for his family for him to join HART and Faith was right to flip her shit a bit at the sudden news - but it's right for him.

Possibly he should have considered that before he got married, etc. That's our Iain!

I thought he did have a harness on as he was dangling, but that he smashed his face on the crane as he fell/was dangling in the wind.

AHH yes ...as surely he would have more injuries than a smashed face if he had fallen !

Quite clever of the writers to draw Ngozi into our hearts as a lovely kind nurse ...and then for us to see it all unravel 😞

What were we shown when Ngosi was sick or spat in the sink when Nicole came out of the toilet cubicle? I thought it was dark coloured, eg fresh or old blood.

What with her vision being all blurry in the lift near the end I thought we were meant to deduce she was ill, although Nicole and Dylan thought she’d been drinking.

I would imagine she has been retching and was was then a bit sick of maybe bile ?

Dylan has so clocked her .
