I doubt Cindy will leave.
Maybe Junior will leave or go back to his wife and child.
I do feel a bit sorry for Ian, but Kathy warned him she'd stray and told him enough times not to trust her

There wouldn’t be anything for Cindy to stay for apart from the business she co-owns, everyone will turn against her.

would think Teddy paid cash, he does not seem a mortgage type of guy. A conveyancing solicitor is supposed to do due diligence on where the money is from, but he would have a dodgy Richie-type solicitor.

A friend recently gave her adult son £10K from a house sale and had to go through money laundering checks but I’m surprised it has to happen with £2K as described by @MadisonAvenue

Gray was a very good baddie as was Michael moon. Reiss is just terrible.
Sonia has been far too trusting with him from the get go and fell for his bumbling act.
His a good actor though as we all dislike him so much.

I've seen a clip of the actor who plays Reiss on tv today talking about the storyline/character. He seemed in character or maybe he has many similar mannerisms to Reiss. He also said something along the lines of, Reiss is a good person that's got caught in bad decisions.

When Phil was married to Kathy he made a big thing about he was buying the biggest house in the square , which IIRC was flats that he converted back to a house.
So not only did he buy the house with his suspect income - there’s no way his back street garage would’ve covered this , even with the dodgy MOTs. And did he own the Vic or part own the Vic . or was this when he sold it for a £5 to Dan Sullivan.
But he managed to get PP to convert it back to one dwelling.

Hmm, not sure about Reiss tbh
Maybe he does think Sonia's phone will get her out of trouble, but he still murdered his wife and deserves to be punished for this. He should have tried to get CHC or moved her into a cheaper care home or done something ( maybe even reached out to her parents !)
Instead he suffocated her!

I’m still hoping for Reiss to re enact that scene from Usual Suspects and go into a random shopping centre, buy some decent clothes ( not a tank top and cords). Get himself off to a barbers ( tons of Turkish barbers round the East End) , get a haircut, lose the beard and pop in his contact lenses then leave the square transformed.

Or just get on the 47 bus and disappear 😉

Reiss could easily ditch the tank tops and beard etc etc and become a 'new man' !

He cannot say “Reiss is an arch villain” because he isn’t. He’s a Wet Weekend in Filey type , boring as all get out and irritating as hell .
The script though will rewrite and pretend he had it all planned from the start to get rid of SuperSonia and get Dots house.
Hes probably Dotty’s long lost half brother and they’re in cahoots

Jumpers could give him some fashion and grooming tips.

She was furious she was left out of Dot's Will
Sonia didn't really look into his background that much and seemed more bowled over by his tuba playing skills than him at first

Maybe Jumpers bought a load of dry clean only cashmere and didn’t follow the care label so they ended up like something only a Ken Doll could fit .

But he didn’t want to waste them so they’re just glorified scarves .

How long will it be before someone who isn’t Jumpers, Harry or Barney move into the new house . The Square always has people flitting between houses.

I can imagine the look Phil would give me if I said “ Phil be a love and check my car tyres and fill up the petrol”.
Minty would’ve been a better bet for that 😃

Dot left Dotty £10K. Going off on a bit of a tangent, but for months I’ve been reading a lot of inheritance threads on here and her reaction to not being left Dot’s house seems to have been pretty realistic. A similar house in Stratford would now sell for £600K.

Did Dotty get 10 k? I'd forgotten that , but she wasn't happy that Sonia got the house !
She was great , I liked her goth style and she was a good baddie.
Behind the scenes manipulating Reiss would be genius!

My bet is either Priya or her daughter move into number one !

I've heard of three real life cases of people running off with inheritance money and leaving out loved ones
( or making sure they are not in the Will )
A lot of the time lawyers can't do much. One was told that they would only end up paying for the lawyer to have a nice holiday in the Maldives
and it would be a 'waste of time ' ;(

They could live in the basement flat . Priya could say that she’ll be a live- in housekeeper, but she’ll have designs on Jumper .
Letchy Harry will try it on with Priya and his Dad will hit the roof .
Avani and Barney will end up Bessy Mates but not romantically.

Jumpers and Cindy maybe.
Ian will throw her out for sure.
Kathy has no time for Cindy and Phil is Ian’s public enemy number one . Maybe getting to know your enemies enemy .

Wet weekend lol, he was that, before he chose to kill.
I think the Dotty storyline is too predictable. Can't they have a character unrelated to someone else, it's a bit boring how they are all connected.
Sonia could lose the house though she will presumably have to pay Phil for Ritchie's sidekick and who will pay back Eve? Sonia totally put her eggs in the wrong basket and they are coming home to roost.

I've read that Jumpers adds a clause into the house purchase with Gray at the last minute after hearing about his misdeeds. So I reckon it's something to do with housing Chelsea - maybe she gets the basement flat?

And with her failing out with Penny maybe her and Priya could become chummy - Priya hasn't really made any friends yet and her and Chelsea are both single mums so could get pally?

Chels and her invisible son could live in the basement ! As long as jumpers / 'arry leave her alone , I'd be happy with this

I hope they do a decent story with Barney and his SEN and not turn him into a bad boy or being bullied.

Havent they already bought it when he heard what had happened?

Surely you would ask around if you knew people in the area if you were buying a property? Seriously!
