Amandaland to replace motherland!

Just found out that a spinoff to motherland is in the works. I'm sooo excited! One of my favourite shows ever. It's going to be based around Amanda's character, following her life after divorce.

Yeah! It was brill! I liked the cast. Watched it with my 18 year old son, and he liked it too.

I thought it was good. Some great lines, and although I feared Lucy Punch having to carry it might be a bit much, there was plenty to like, and promising new characters being introduced.

I didn't think it was very funny... I'll keep watching as I loved Motherland and pilots are often a bit tricky, but I was a bit disappointed.

Do other Ed Reardon fans out there also have a hard time wrapping your head round the fact that it's Ping who is one of Motherland/Amandaland's scriptwriters?!

I thought it was better than motherland, it just seemed to flow better. Amanda's character has changed quite a lot to make her more likeable. I think that was the problem with ML, Julia was just so unpleasant!
