Welcome to the EE spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can also read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

I'm sorry to hear about your brother, that's awful.

Yes something is definitely going to be happening in late November and it ain’t just the wedding! I loved ‘Eeelaine’ - ‘It’s Elaine’.

Cindy really cannot help herself can she. Mind you neither can Ian, he would have been back with Jane given the chance! I wonder if this is going to be a reprise of the Denise/Chelsea/Ravi scenario with Cindy/Lauren/Junior. Lauren is so not going to stick with Peter, far too boring.

I think Tommy’s a good character. I suppose it isn't surprising the teens are all troubled when you look at what the parents get up to!

I bet it comes out ( via the mobile phone ) about junior /cindy at the wedding

Eeelaine would lose her mind and go for cindy have a good old Vic scrap !

the80sweregreat · 19/07/2024 11:07

I don't know why Cindy doesn't just bin Ian all together tbh.
She has never been happy with him

Southeastdweller · 19/07/2024 11:26

I think she has feelings for him but he can never be enough for her.

I know this isn't the point, but I thought Anna looked so much better with the no heavy makeup/ hair look.
I could actually see what she looked like for the 1st time!

She's always liked the safety of a house/ family/ money. reliable boring Ian.
But the good looking 'fun' guys for the affairs.
I think even George had anger issues..

Shellingbynight · 19/07/2024 16:20

Cindy would bin Ian without a thought if a better option turned up - Junior, David, George... she isn't that fussy! Ian does represent stability and 'home' but... boring.

Mrsjayy · 19/07/2024 16:31

Cindy just likes that Ian will take her back she does what she wants! Although as has been said Ian would have had Jane back in a heartbeat. So they are well suited.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 19/07/2024 16:35

Caught up-

Gawd, my hand itched to slap Lauren she is such a stroppy mouthy cow .

Cindy with her striding about giving orders "Drive me there" "we're leaving , drive me home" and her CatsBumFaceMouth when she sees George or Junior even thinking about talking to another woman.

Anna used to live and work in Ibiza in her Dad's bar . There's no way she'd have left a drink unattended in a club. She's not as streetwise or tough as Gina but c'mon, she has common sense .

Jane's house was gorgeous , very restful shades of biscuit and sage , lovely curtains , no grey or chrome in sight .

the80sweregreat · 19/07/2024 16:41

The Cotswolds is David Cameron / Jeremy Clarkson territory , so Jane must have done well since leaving the square as manager of a shop.
It was a lovely place.
Mind you , the options for Cindy was a nice little two door soft top and a chance to get out of Walford or Ian's brisket dinner with Lauren Peter and Louis. Maybe she isn't as daft as she looks .. lol

Shellingbynight · 19/07/2024 17:06

@70isaLimitNotaTarget I did think similar about Anna. Her dad has worked in a bar/pub all her life, she would be the last person to leave her drink unattended.

That was a particularly nice house for a retail worker and postie. If Ian thinks 'treating Cindy like a queen' = brisket dinner with Peter and miserable Lauren, no wonder Junior looks attractive 😆

the80sweregreat · 19/07/2024 17:13

I don't like brisket , but I do like a nice car
Maybe not being driven by Junior , but if it means not having to eat that I'd go with the car! ( in my dreams)
I was in the kitchen when Dh was catching up with EE the other day and the one word I thought summed up Lauren lately was ' harpy '
She wasn't that bad before , but it's all screeching now and having a go at people constantly. She is a mare

Shellingbynight · 19/07/2024 18:42

Yes the choice between Ian and Junior is a difficult one, but at least Junior has the car😆

I've never liked Lauren, I always thought they killed off the wrong sister 😕

the80sweregreat · 19/07/2024 19:26

I preferred Abby too!
Such a good actress.
Lauren is just too shrill and moany lately

Mrsjayy · 19/07/2024 08:24

I'm not sure why Eeelaine would be so bothered, surely Ian would be more upset?

She's always been whiney and moany

Because Cindy would be ruining her wedding!

I think she has feelings for him but he can never be enough for her.

I agree, I think Cindy’s problem is that she can never be content because she’s always looking at what she doesn’t have. So it doesn’t matter who she’s with, she’ll always sabotage it. She’s incredibly self centred.

Shellingbynight · 20/07/2024 12:12

I hadn't thought of that @Mrsjayy but you're right, can you imagine poor Eeelaine being upstaged on her own wedding day by Cindy.

The rage that would bubble over 😂

Eastie77Returns · 20/07/2024 13:46

Were George and Cindy married? Because there’s been no mention of him divorcing her since she reappeared. Marrying a bigamist would definitely scupper Eeelaine’s big day. She can always get advice and moral support from Kathy.

Jane’s house really was gorgeous, she must be earning well in her local village job. I think Masood also collects rent from the house he rents out to the Suki & family (the Panesars chose to live in a rented house despite owning multiple properties..).

Agree that it was nice to see Anna without so much makeup trowelled on. She’s clearly a better fit with Freddie but he does annoy me with that pained expression he pulls all the time as if he is constipated.

Mrsjayy · 20/07/2024 14:50

The Internet says that George and cindy are divorced I thought she was still married when she left George.

Shellingbynight · 20/07/2024 15:05

I'm confused by that, when did they have a chance to divorce? Did he divorce her in her absence? I think I just assumed they were never married.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 20/07/2024 16:17

Either Johnny Sausage or Ritchie or Eve will come along and tell George and Cindy that their marriage in Spain or Ibiza wasn't legal as Cindy was Rose and she married under her assumed identity.
At the last hour Cindy will say but we're still married George and at the last minute Sausage ( or any other random dodgy lawyer on the Square who has an encyclopedic knowledge of all law not just their speciality ) will wade in with No: Not legally married , no need for divorce which will lead to even more trauma for poor Anna .

Of course people on The Square can apply for a licence while still married Alfie was married . Rocky was married . Last minute ooops meet my wife moment .

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 20/07/2024 16:19

I did like when they were all at Jane's and Bobby was talking about his beautiful kind girlfriend . Who was George's daughter and also Cindy's daughter .
Jane said something about how incestuous the Square was .......

They all sat there mentally playing the Seven Degrees of Separation Game Grin
