@Doingtheboxerbeat 🤭 But you understand how utterly unhinged that would be in reality ? I would imagine that scenario if she was doing a midnight flit, but not after a nice send off - complete madness .

Of course, but you need to understand this is Eastenders. Nothing is so bat shit bonkers it can't be a storyline.

If not Jane , then maybe Ian has a secret family from when he was away .

Was it Bobby who attacked Jane ?
I remember Steven having a go at her once, but I think Bobby also hit her or something like that ? They adapted the house to accommodate her wheelchair.

Bobby attacked her with a hockey stick, that's how she ended up in a wheelchair. I can't remember her exit story - something needlessly complicated involving Max and Steven.

I do remember Abby Branning being pregnant with Steven's child and him dying in a fire.
It was a much wanted baby , then she died too.

According to EEWiki Bobby caused Jane ti fall down the stairs which caused her injury ,
Every sentence seems to start with "Bobby is angry/Bobby loses his temper" he was a very troubled young boy through to adulthood

Jane was shot by Steven Beale which caused her to be infertile , she defended Bobby over and over , taking the blame for Lucy's death and saying she tripped on the stairs .

Ian could be on the phone to Denise , she's left Phil now . Ian and De were engaged and Ian would love to put the final nail in Phils coffin by taking Raymond and Denice away from him,.

Or Mandy Salter - she could come back and wreak havoc . (another Ex fiance)
Mandy v Cindy would be an awesome handbags at dawn .

Mandy was an odd bod, but I liked her
Ian always liked the more quirky women ( like Laura , Bobby's mum)

I quite liked Mandy too.

I can't remember how Jane left, and it must have been preposterous because even EE wiki doesn't make sense. So I still have no idea, I don't remember any of this.

Annoyingly, today's episode still isn't on iPlayer. Maybe they're filming and adding a scene today.

They will be filming a reaction scene to the Euros I think. They had a piece for the semi finals.

Not sure why Jane is living in the Cotswolds though ! Looked nice , but a ridiculous storyline and how they didn't notice George's large car outside for ages is a mystery.
Is she back for good ? What's going on here? No sign of a wheel chair either ?
Dh was annoyed at people just taking cars / vans without any insurance! lol

I do like Jane - she’s always been one of the more believable characters in EE - but it was so predictable about her coming back.

Hence my ' spoiler alert ' on a spoiler thread ! Madness I know ..

I did think it was Jane as they kept saying it on Facebook ( who seem to be in the know more than us )
I like Jane , but not sure about a return really ?

It's maybe so Bobby can leave he doesn't have many friends or confidence to go on his own he needs support.

Well yes but I think it was just a pre warning that the surprise was Jane.

I just watched live and there was an 'England lost' scene, and mention of it in the scene with the kids and Junior so all that must have been added in today. Speaking of Junior, oh gawd Lauren screeching again 😑

I hope we will get some good scenes with Jane and Cindy. I assume Ian was in contact with her because of Bobby's 21st but why would he have to lurk around her beautiful house in the Cotswolds. Jane is obviously Bobby's exit storyline (that and the fact Anna's obviously so keen on Freddie - I have no idea why!)

I agree @the80sweregreat Cindy and George were talking loudly and then Cindy was banging on the door and gazing through windows yet Jane did not notice anything!

I didn't hear the footie reference today, but once I see Junior or Lauren I tend to zone out a bit tbf and I must have missed it.
I hope they don't become an item , but he looks keen and they might bond over Louis's maths problems. Which he will help him with and Louis will be Einstein in no time.

Yes I think it is a dead cert Lauren and Junior are going to be a couple within a week! At least we can zone out for their scenes😆

There was also a scene earlier with Alfie, Harvey and Martin talking at unnecessary length (IMO!) about the Final, maybe it was added later on.

I am guessing Louis is refusing school because of his maths problems - dyscalculia? Lauren will be hopeless but Junior will help him and bolster his confidence, thereby 'replacing' the child who no longer speaks to him (whose name I have already forgotten).

Is junior's son also junior ?
Definitely no references to last nights footie when I watched it earlier on ( 12,30)
He was impressed with Lauren's boots and dress outfit.

How does he earn so much as a personal trainer when he is never at work much ?
