Mafs Hysteria is an excellent podcast! They're so funny and insightful. I think it's this week they were doing a live version. A screening of the dinner party followed by a show which was going to include a live Q & A with ixpert Mel. Unfortunately she's currently having chemo for her bowel cancer and can't travel so is doing the Q & A virtually.

The problem is that although Lucinda and Timothy are getting on really well in the experiment, in real life they would lead such different lives that there's no point in them being together.

Richard is absolutely awful and poor Andi, when I look at her I want to cry. He cannot accept that he has destroyed their relationship.

I may listen over weekend!

Andi needs to leave. She's tried and tried to work on this and he's not listening. He wanted an explanation then didn't want details?! That is so incredibly twisty. He is a gaslighter and she's (justifiably) compared him to an abusive ex which he will continue to beat her with. She's given it enough of a chance.

Have we even seen him apologise once for his inappropriate language? I accept it's edited but to block what she was saying instead of saying 'look, I've apologised.. .'

I would love to see Richard brought to task for the worst emotional abuse I've seen on the experiment but am worried the experts will fall for his pathetic, twinkly old man routine. He has or pretends to have absolutely zero insight into his behaviour to the point of refusing to understand plain English.

It's about time for Tim to give Lucinda something back if this is going to work. Yes it's overwhelming but she's been foisted into the position of therapist and in not sure she will enjoy it indefinitely.

Jayden's moralising is getting so annoying. It can't be helping Eden's anxiety knowing he will start lecturing someone at every gathering.

Tori and Jack are ridiculous but I don't see how they could have sex now and report it back to the group, it would be like a weird hyper modern bedding ceremony.

I really agree. Much as I love Lucinda, she's in a bit of a tantra town Byron bubble. And as fun as her feyness and frocks are, I think Tim's groundedness would be a good counterbalance and hep her keep it real.

At this point Tori deserves all she gets. A PP said that Jade (or anyone else) would have to straddle Jack and shag him right at the dinner table for it to sink in that he's not into her but I honestly think she would purse her lips and tell everyone she's fine with it, she knows Jack and their relationship and it's fine he's shagging someone right there, under her nose, at the table, in front of everyone. Jack also needs to accompany Dick into the shark infested water.

Re Tim the elder, I’m annoyed Lu has become his counsellor. It’s not her job to fix him. She deserves someone who delights in her because she is a delight
