I like this but find Val pretty annoying. I was hoping they’d change presenter too as I didn’t think much of Leomi last year. Stunning, but no connection with any of the contestants. I preferred the Irish judges and Maura as a presenter. Will still watch though!

I thought the girl who stopped had done a worse job, personally, ut then I don't have a magnifying glass. Still, I thought that there was an obvious imbalance in the "winner's" eye-flicks.

I hate the elimination round, it's ridiculous with the magnifying glass and everything.
I'm a bit underwhelmed this year, the standard seems a bit mediocre compared to previous years.

I thought that as well - but I remember that in previous years there have been contestants who seemed to have so much promise, and then turned out to be one-trick ponies and just effectively produced the same look for every challenge, just in different colours, while other people seemed to grow and develop through the course of the the series.

Keeping my fingers crossed for that.

Edited to add: that lad who KNEW he was going to go out, and just wrote slogans on his models face always sticks in my mind. What a rude thing to do - and very disrespectful to his model

Because it couldn't be denied that hdr showstopper was clearly ons of the two worst. There was no one else who deserved to go down

Loved the first couple of series. But can't stand Val. And can't be doing with all the emotional issues of the contestants.

Unless someone can convince me to stick with the series I'm giving up after this episode.
